Housing Cap and Housing for an Electrical Connection Assembly as well as Electrical Connection Assembly
A housing cap for closing an opening of a housing part includes a cover section covering the opening, a stop projecting away from the cover section, and a fastening element affixing the housing cap to the opening.
CONNECTOR AND WIRING HARNESS
A connector is provided with three or more terminals to be respectively connected to wires, and a housing for holding the three or more terminals. The three or more terminals are arranged along a first direction. Each of the terminals includes a wire connecting portion to be connected to the wire, a terminal connecting portion to be connected to a mating terminal and an intermediate portion provided between the wire connecting portion and the terminal connecting portion. Three or more of the terminal connecting portions are arranged at intervals along the first direction. Three or more of the wire connecting portions are arranged at intervals along the first direction. The intervals and the intervals are different from each other. Three or more of the intermediate portions are formed to have mutually different shapes according to differences between the intervals and the intervals.
Electrical assembly
An electrical assembly may include a first contactor, a second contactor, a bus bar assembly electrically connected to the first contactor and the second contactor, a cooling member, a bracket configured to connect the cooling member to the first contactor and the second contactor, and/or potting material that may be disposed at least partially between the bus bar assembly and the cooling member. A method of assembling an electrical assembly may include disposing the first contactor and the second contactor on a fixture, connecting the bus bar assembly to the first contactor and the second contactor, connecting the bracket to the bus bar assembly, the first contactor, and/or the second contactor, connecting the cooling member to the bracket, and/or providing the potting material between the bus bar assembly and the cooling member.
Bus Bar With Safety Against Fire
A bus bar, which includes a metal bar made of an electrically conductive metal material; a bandage member configured to surround the metal bar except for both ends of the metal bar; and an insulating tube configured to surround the metal bar and the bandage member together, wherein the bandage member is made of a metal wire having a surface coated with a coating material having insulation and fire resistance.
TERMINAL BLOCK
A terminal block includes: a busbar including a first terminal portion and a second terminal portion, the first terminal portion having a through hole; a housing that holds the busbar and has a storage chamber; a nut stored in the storage chamber; and a holder including a support unit that supports the nut, the holder configured to be attached to the housing, in which the storage chamber has wall surfaces facing individual side surfaces of the nut, the storage chamber configured to restrict rotation of the nut by using the wall surfaces of the storage chamber, and the support unit is positioned on a side opposite to a side of the first terminal portion with respect to the nut, the support unit configured to support the nut by setting a threaded hole of the nut to face the through hole.
Contact device, contact system and method for assembling such a contact system
A contact device includes a housing having a housing interior, a screw having a screw head and a shaft connected to the screw head, the shaft extending along a screw axis and having a first thread, a screw locking device connecting the screw head to the housing by a force-based and/or an interlocking engagement, and a first contact element for contacting a second contact element of a further contact device. The first contact element and the screw are arranged in the housing interior.
TERMINAL ASSEMBLY STRUCTURE
A terminal assembly structure according to one or more embodiments includes: a terminal having a crimp portion configured to crimp and connect to a core wire of an electric wire and a fastening portion configured to be fastened by a fastening member; and a holder having a base configured to mount the terminal when fastening the terminal to the holder. The holder has a plurality of ribs extending in a fastening direction of the fastening member and arranged around the fastening portion of the terminal when the fastening portion is set and positioned onto the base.
CIRCUIT ASSEMBLY
The present disclosure provides a circuit assembly that has a novel structure, with which it is possible to prevent the occurrence of a problem caused by an excessive repulsive force of a heat conductive member by controlling the repulsive force of the heat conductive member. A circuit assembly includes: a heat generation component; bus bars that are connected to connecting portions of the heat generation component; an insulating base member that holds the heat generation component and the bus bars; and an elastic heat conductive member that is in thermal contact with the bus bars. The bus bars press the heat conductive member in a mounting direction in which the bus bars are mounted on the base member. As a result of the bus bars abutting against bus bar positioning portions provided on the base member, the positions of the bus bars in the mounting direction are defined.
Rotating electric machine for vehicle
A rotating electric machine for a vehicle includes a rectifier fixed to an outer side of the frame member and constituting a rectification circuit which rectifies the alternating current generated by the stator; a battery terminal protruding from the rectifier and configured to be connected with a battery cable; an insulating member having a through hole in which the battery terminal is inserted; and a waterproof cap attached to the insulating member so as to cover a connection part of the battery terminal with the battery cable in a waterproof state. The insulating member includes an annular protruding part protruding inward from an inner peripheral surface of the through hole. The protruding part is in contact with an outer peripheral surface of the battery terminal in such a state that the protruding part is elastically deformed.
