Connector manufacturing method and connector
A connector manufacturing method includes: a first insertion process of inserting a conductor held by a housing through an annular seal member; a second insertion process of inserting the conductor through an annular portion of a support member; a pushing-in process of pushing the seal member into a gap between an inner circumferential surface of a recess in the housing and the conductor by pressing the seal member using the annular portion; and an engagement process of making the annular portion support the seal member at a predetermined position by engaging the support member and the housing, wherein the predetermined position is a position before a bottom portion of the recess.
MULTIPURPOSE LEAD CONNECTING DEVICE
A multipurpose wire connection device includes a base plate, a conductive plate, a wire fixation screw, a fireproof box, a support, and a dustpan-shaped housing. The support is disposed on the base plate. The fireproof box includes a rear panel, a bottom panel, two side panels, and an inserted plate. The wire fixation screw is mounted on the conductive plate. The housing is fixed on the bottom plate by a housing fixing screw. The multipurpose wire connection device prevents sparking and red burning of a ground screw when lightning current passes therein, due to corroded contact in long-term exposure to wind and rain. It avoids fire and explosion accidents. It avoids screw corrosion and facilitates ground resistance measurement. The multipurpose wire connection device can also be used for electrical relay, division, and branching. It prevents fire, explosion, rain intrusion, and rust development. It is easy to disassemble.
BONDING WASHER
The present disclosure provides descriptions of configurations for bonding washers used to facilitate the electrical bonding of metal structures. The bonding washer includes an electrically conductive body and at least one piercing member extending from a bottom surface of the body. An extended member extends from the electrically conductive body in a direction away from the bottom surface of the body.
Connection Terminal and Connector
A connection terminal and a connector are disclosed. The connection terminal has a terminal body, at least part of which is installed in a housing of a connector; and a first connection part arranged at one end of the terminal body and extending outside the housing to electrically connect with a bus bar. The first connection part has a plurality of side surfaces, and any one of the adjacent two side surfaces is selectively formed to match and connect with a surface of a connection end of the bus bar. In the present invention, the installation orientation of the connector can be any one of four or more different directions, which expands the application range of the connector.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR
An electrical connector includes an insulative housing, and a pair of contacts which are secured together by a clamp mounted within the housing. Each electrical contact includes a planar body, spring fingers extending from a first end of the body, and a coupling extending from the body to couple the electrical contacts to the housing. A first deflection zone between the clamp and first ends of the spring fingers allows the spring fingers to deflect in a lateral direction to receive the conductive component within the receiving space. A second deflection zone between the first ends of the spring fingers and the second ends of the bodies allow the bodies and spring fingers to deflect in the lateral direction when the conductive component is received within the receiving space, but the conductive component is not directly aligned with the receiving space.
Connection Assembly, Connector, and Connector Assembly
A connection assembly, a connector and a connector assembly are disclosed. The connection assembly is used to connect a high-voltage cable and comprises: a threaded fastener for fixedly connecting the high-voltage cable to a mating connection part, the threaded fastener comprising an insulation member; and a conductive plug connected with the insulation member to allow the threaded fastener to be tightened or loosened by rotating the conductive plug. In the present invention, the conductive plug arranged in the mounting hole of the conductive housing can realize the electromagnetic shielding function, and the elastic sealing sleeve sleeved on the conductive plug seals the gap between the conductive plug and the inner wall of the mounting hole and can realize the waterproof function.
