Connector assembly
A connector assembly includes a first connector and a second connector matable with the first connector. The first connector has a first housing and a pair of first conductive terminals disposed in the first housing each having a pair of first elastic terminals arranged symmetrically in a vertical direction. Each pair of first elastic terminals has a pair of front ends adapted to be brought into elastic and electrical contact with a pair of first wires inserted into the first connector. The second connector has a second housing and a pair of second conductive terminals disposed in the second housing each having a rear end adapted to be brought into elastic and electrical contact with a second wire inserted into the second connector. The pair of first elastic terminals each have a rear end adapted to clamp a front end of one of the second conductive terminals.
CONTACT INSERT OF A SPRING FORCE CONNECTION CLAMP AND SPRING FORCE CONNECTION CLAMP CONFIGURED WITH SAID CONTACT INSERT
A contact insert of a spring force connection clamp having at least one retaining frame and at least one clamp spring that is mounted in the retaining frame, wherein a spring insert that functions so as to increase the clamping force of the clamp spring is arranged at least within a region that is encompassed by a spring bow of the clamp spring, wherein the spring insert is configured as one piece with the retaining frame. A spring force connection clamp having at least one contact insert of this type is also provided.
ELECTRICAL CONTACT LIMITER STRUCTURE OF WIRE CONNECTION TERMINAL
An electrical contact limiter structure of wire connection terminal has a simplified structure and is easy to operate to enhance the stability of the operation and motion of a metal leaf spring. The wire connection terminal includes conductive components mounted in the insulation case and electrical contact assembled with the conductive components. The electrical contact has a limiter for receiving the metal leaf spring and restricting moving path thereof. The limiter is partitioned into at least one space. A limitation mechanism is assembled with the limiter. The metal leaf spring is mounted in the space. The wiring circuits or conductive wires coming from an apparatus can be easily directly plugged into the space of the limiter to insert with the metal leaf spring. The limiter and the limitation mechanism cooperatively prevent the metal leaf spring from being deflected and over-bent and damaged in operation.
HOUSING FOR ACCOMMODATING ONE OR MORE CONDUCTOR TERMINALS AND SET FORMED THEREWITH
A housing for accommodating one or more conductor terminals which are designed as through connectors. The invention also relates to a set of such a housing and one or more conductor terminals which are designed as through connectors.
Contacts for Junction Boxes on Solar Panels
A connection box with reliable and yet inexpensive contacts for solar panels to enable the use of multiple types of passive and active covers for different functionalities in the junction box built into the panel.
CONDUCTOR CONNECTION TERMINAL, USE THEREOF, AND METHOD FOR MOUNTING A CONDUCTOR CONNECTION TERMINAL
A conductor connection terminal with a contact insert that has a bus bar and a clamping spring, and with a housing that has a first housing part and a second housing part and that at least partially encloses the contact insert, wherein the first housing part has a first housing wall with a receiving structure for receiving the contact insert, and the second housing part has multiple additional housing walls for covering the contact insert received by the first housing part. A conductor connection terminal is also provided with a contact insert that has a bus bar and a clamping spring, and with a housing that has a first housing part and a second housing part and that at least partially encloses the contact insert. The first housing part has a first conductor insertion channel section and the second housing part has a second conductor insertion channel section.
WIRE CONNECTION TERMINAL DEVICE
A wire connection terminal device includes a main body and a pressing/moving unit assembled with the main body. The pressing/moving unit has a shafted section, a cam section connected with the shafted section and a force application section formed on the cam section and a press section formed on the cam section. The cam section can freely rotate or swing within a chamber defined by the main body. A metal leaf spring is disposed in the chamber of the main body for pressing and electrically connecting with a conductive wire. The metal leaf spring is responsive to the motion of the pressing/moving unit to release the conductive wire. The wire connection terminal device improves the shortcomings of the conventional structure that the volume of the case and the operational space are larger and the motional travel is longer.
PLUG SYSTEM COMPRISING A PLUG CONNECTOR PART AND A PLUG DEVICE
A plug system includes a plug connector part, which has a plug connector housing and a multiplicity of connection terminals, which are arranged on the plug connector housing and which each have a spring element forming a clamping leg, and a plug device, which has a multiplicity of electrically conductive plug elements. The plug elements of the plug device for electrically contacting the connection terminals of the plug connector part can each be connected in a plugging manner along a plugging direction to one of the connection terminals of the plug connector part and, in a connected position, are mechanically operatively connected to the clamping leg of the spring element of the respective connection terminal. At least some of the plug elements have a different height measured along the plugging direction.
Push wire connector having a rotatable release member
An electrical connector includes a housing and a conductive contact member disposed in the housing. A first contact portion of the conductive contact member receives a blade contact of an electrical device and a second contact portion electrically engages an inserted electrical wire. A spring member is disposed in the housing and is connected to the contact member. A rotatable member is movable between first and second positions. When the rotatable member is in the second position the spring member secures an inserted wire in electrical engagement with the conductive contact member and prevents removal of the inserted wire. When the rotatable member is in the first position the spring member allows for removal of an inserted wire and allows for insertion of a wire in the housing.
TERMINAL DEVICE HAVING A BUSBAR
A terminal device includes: a housing having at least one contact cavity; a contact part which is arranged in the at least one contact cavity and into which at least one electrical line can be plugged in order to make electrical contact with the contact part; and at least one busbar which is arranged on the housing, is electrically connected to the contact part, and a busbar portion of which extends along a height line. An end portion adjoins the busbar portion, which end portion extends in art oblique direction at an oblique angle to the height line and can be moved along the height line relative to the contact part.
