METHODS AND STRUCTURES FOR TERMINATING CABLE GROUND WIRES
A method for connecting a ground wire of cable comprises the steps of: receiving a ground wire of the cable, over one or more core signal conductors of the cable, in an open, connection slot or notch of a respective grounding section of a grounding structure; and restraining the ground wire so that the ground wire physically contacts a body of the respective grounding section and forms an electrical ground path with the body of the section.
Connector-soldering aid
A connector-soldering aid (1) for soldering single and/or cable wires to a connector comprises a connector mount (5) with a first stand (9) and a cable mount (7) with a second stand (31). The connector mount (5) has a base body (17), which is arranged on the first stand (9) and is rotatable relative to the latter about a fixed axis of rotation (19). The connector mount (5) further comprises a replaceable attachment (21) with a connector receiver and a centring device (23) for centring the attachment (21). The centring device (23) is arranged on the base body (17) and is further formed to centre the attachment (21) such that the connector receiver is positioned centrally in relation to the axis of rotation (19) of the base body (17).
Electrical connector
The present disclosure provides an electrical connector comprising an insulating body, a terminal component, and a fixing component. The insulating body comprises a mating slot. The terminal component is disposed in the mating slot. The terminal component comprises a pair of first terminal members and a pair of second terminal members. The pair of first terminal members are disposed between the pair of second terminal members. Each of the first terminal members comprises a plurality of first elastic contacting parts and a cable connecting part. Each of the second terminal members comprises a plurality of second elastic contacting parts. The plurality of second elastic contacting parts correspondingly abut against the plurality of first elastic contacting parts. The fixing component fixes the pair of the first terminal members and the pair of the second terminal members. A cable is directly connected to each of the cable connecting parts.
Preformed solder-in-pin system
A preformed solder-in-pin system for use with electrical connectors. The preformed solder-in-pin system generally includes a connector pin having an open cavity at one end, into which a preformed solder member can be first inserted and then pressed, rather than melted, in place, such that voids and air spaces within the cavity are eliminated. The preformed solder-in-pin system can be assembled in high quantities, where the preformed solder members are placed in a fixture and the fixture is placed on a shaker table, so that large numbers of connector pins, pre-installed in connector grommets, can be inserted largely simultaneously.
Apparatus and method for separating and sorting USB wires
Disclosed is an apparatus for separating and sorting USB wires. The apparatus comprises a separating apparatus for separating USB wires and a sorting apparatus provided downstream the separating apparatus. The separating apparatus comprises a first slider slidable in a horizontal plane in a reciprocating way; a second slider connected to the first slider via a sliding guide; and a teeth assembly comprising a group of first teeth and a group of second teeth. The sorting apparatus comprises a base plate; a wire holder fixed on the base plate and having a number of grooves for holding the wires therein; a sorting module arranged above the wire holder having a number of sorting slots corresponding to the number of the grooves; a gripping module mounted below the base plate and comprising a gripping head positioned at the interval between the wire holder and the sorting module; a vision module arranged above the interval for obtaining an image showing a location and a color of the wires in the grooves; and a control module for controlling the gripping head to grasp and move the wires to the corresponding slot.
CONNECTOR DEVICE
A connector device includes a connector housing including a plurality of terminal accommodating chambers, a plurality of terminals accommodated in the plurality of terminal accommodating chambers, and a plurality of electric wires configured to be welded to the respective one of the plurality of terminals. A laser radiation through hole is formed in side walls, each forming the terminal accommodating chambers, the laser radiation through hole being configured to allow the plurality of terminals and the plurality of electric wires to be welded with each other inside the terminal accommodating chambers, and the laser radiation through hole is configured to allow laser light emitted from a laser welding machine disposed outside the connector housing to enter one of the plurality of terminal accommodating chambers.
ELECTRIC WIRE CONNECTION STRUCTURE, ELECTRIC WIRE CONNECTION METHOD, MEDICAL DEVICE, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
An electric wire connection structure is composed of insulated electric wires each including a core and an insulation coating covering the core. The cores of the insulated electric wires are connected to pads provided on a substrate. The insulated electric wires are arranged along a predetermined alignment direction and arranged parallel to each other. The insulation coating is removed at a part in a longitudinal direction of each of the insulated electric wires to expose the core. Exposed portions of the cores are connected to the pads, respectively. Some of the insulated electric wires are configured in such a manner that the core is exposed in an area where the insulation coatings of adjacent ones of the other insulated electric wires in the alignment direction are not removed.
Component holding device
A component holding device for the fixed-position arrangement of an electric component on a circuit board, having a support side for receiving the electric component, wherein at least one pretensioning element and at least one first latching element for the fixed-position latching of the electric component are provided on the support side, and the at least one pretensioning element is designed to exert a pretensioning force on the electric component, which presses the electric component against the at least one first latching element, and having at least one second latching element on an underside lying opposite the support side, wherein the second latching element is designed to fix the component holding device in a predefined location in a fixed position on the circuit board.
ULTRASONIC WELDING DEVICE WITH DISPLACEABLE STOP ELEMENT
An ultrasonic welding device includes a sonotrode, an anvil, a touching element, a lateral slide, a first stop element, a drive device, and a receiving chamber in which joining partners are to be received. The receiving chamber is defined on a first side by a surface of the sonotrode and on a second side opposing the first side by a surface of the anvil. The receiving chamber is further defined on a third side by a surface of the touching element and on a fourth side opposing the third side by a surface of the lateral slide. The first stop element is displaceable between a pulled-in position and a pulled-out position.
