Wire preparation device
A wire preparation device includes a motor, a device housing coupled to the motor, and a wire spinner held by the device housing. The wire spinner is mechanically connected to the motor via power coupling components. The wire spinner extends to a wire end that protrudes from the device housing. The wire spinner includes a collet sleeve defining a channel configured to receive an end of one or more wires of a cable therein through an opening at the wire end. The wire spinner further includes an outer collar surrounding the collet sleeve and selectively movable relative to the collet sleeve to force the collet sleeve to contract radially inward for releasably securing the one or more wires within the channel. The wire spinner is rotated by the motor relative to the device housing to untwist or straighten the one or more wires secured within the collet sleeve.
JOINING METHOD OF ELECTRIC WIRES AND JOINING STRUCTURE OF ELECTRIC WIRES
A joining method of electric wires includes peeling off an insulation sheath of each of a plurality of electric wires at a part of each of the electric wires to expose core wires having been twisted of each of the electric wires, untwisting the exposed core wires of each of the electric wires, and joining untwisted core wires of the electric wires together in a bundle.

Wire-Untwisting Device
A wire-untwisting designed for securing and manipulating wires or cables in conjunction with a rotary tool, such as a drill. The device comprises a body with a first end featuring at least one outwardly extending male member capable of being secured within a drill's chuck, facilitating the attachment of the device to the drill. The opposite end of the body contains at least one opening from which at least one fastener extends, designed to attach to wires or cables. The device also includes a spring-loaded sheath, which can be retracted to expose the fastener for wire attachment and then released to cover the fastener, securing the wire while allowing it to extend through the sheath. Additionally, the invention can be equipped with a motor, eliminating the need for an external drill by enabling the device itself to rotate the male member.
Twisted Pair Cable Processing System, Twisted Pair Cable Cutting Method and Untwisting Method
A twisted pair cable processing system includes a frame and a core wire untwisting device installed on the frame for untwisting a pair of exposed core wires of a twisted pair cable. The core wire untwisting device includes an installation plate fixed to the frame, a rotating wheel rotatably mounted on the installation plate and formed with an axial through installation hole, a positioning body and a driver. The positioning body is embedded into the installation hole and is formed with a pair of core wire insertion holes. The driver drives the rotating wheel and the positioning body to rotate together. When the ends of the pair of exposed core wires of the twisted pair cable are inserted into the pair of core wire insertion holes, the driver drives the rotating wheel and the positioning body to rotate to unwind the pair of exposed core wires.
