Abstract A method for implementing wiring on a matrix of conductor connection devices such as terminal conductor connection devices for connection of the ends of a conductor to at least one series terminal block uses at least one luminous element to identify conductor connection devices which are illuminated in the matrix directly or indirectly in accordance with a wiring diagram. The conductor connection devices that are illuminated by the luminous element and that are to be interconnected are connected to conductors, the ends of which are inserted in the conductor connection devices to establish a respective conducting wiring connection.

PLUG-IN CONNECTOR WITH A HANDLE PART

A plug-in connector cooperating with a terminal block includes a body having a cooperation assembly mechanically securing the plug-in connector on the terminal block, the body having a compartment accommodating a fuse element, a pair of plug contacts received within the compartment, and a handle part having an actuating portion and a linking portion. The plug contacts are each connected to a terminal of the fuse element. Each of the plug contacts has a contact tongue extending outside of the compartment, the contact tongue electrically secured to a bus bar of the terminal block. The linking portion is attached to the body and extends along a linking axis parallel to an insertion axis of a pin of the cooperation assembly. The actuating portion has an actuating surface extending transversely to the insertion axis and cooperating with a marking element disposed along the actuating surface.

The middle section and the tail section are mounted in a wire inlet of a terminal device. The aid sleeve is formed with an internal guide hole. A wire collection section is disposed on one side of the head section distal from the middle section. A recessed guide channel is disposed on one side of the wire collection section proximal to the guide hole. The recessed guide channel includes two lateral outer arched channels with larger curvature radius. The two lateral outer arched channels gradually extend toward a middle bottom face to form an inner arched channel with smaller curvature radius. The recessed guide channel can gradually bind the forked conductor end section of a multi-strand conductive wire, whereby the wire can be quickly plugged into the guide hole.

METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MARKING TERMINAL BLOCKS

One or more marking elements that can he provided with an inscription are formed on a terminal block which can be mounted on a mounting base or support rail has a housing made of plastic and at least one conductor connections formed in the housing, One or more marking recesses are formed in the housing with each marking recess being designed for the application of a corresponding marking element. The terminal block with the housing is formed by an injection molding toot One or more free spaces are formed in the region of the one or more marking recesses. One or more free spaces are sprayed with a plastic in the region of the marking recesses, whereby one or more inscribable marking elements are formed on the housing.

Method and device for marking electrical devices which can be arranged in a row

A method and device are provided for marking electrical devices which can be arranged in a row on a support rail, with the aid of a laser head, wherein the support rail is pivotable about its longitudinal axis and the laser head is guided such that it can be moved at least along the longitudinal axis of the support rail. A number of marking instructions, each including a marking content and a position and an orientation of the surface to which the marking content is to be applied are specified. An image of at least a section of the support rail and of at least one electrical device are created from an image capture device and at least one of the positions at which one of the marking contents is to be applied is corrected based on an evaluation of the image. The marking instructions are grouped into marking levels in such a way that all marking instructions of one marking level can be applied by the laser head without a movement of the laser head or the support rail. The marking levels differ in terms of spatial coordinates and/or parameters for the laser head. A first one of the marking levels is selected, and the laser head is positioned and/or the support rail is pivoted according to the spatial coordinates of the selected marking level. Markings are applied according to the marking instructions of the selected marking level with the parameters for the laser head. A next one of the marking levels for marking is selected based on the movements of the laser head and the support rail which would be necessary to enables markings according to the next one of the marking levels to be applied.
