Fastening assembly and a corresponding switch cabinet housing
The invention relates to a fastening arrangement including a profiled strut and a plug-in nut mounted in an aperture of the profile strut, wherein the plug-in nut has a threaded nut held on a clasp, wherein the clasp has a first and a second actuating end, via which the plug-in nut projects out of the aperture, wherein in a locking position of the actuating ends relative to each other an edge of the aperture is received in a receptacle of the clasp. Additionally, a corresponding switch cabinet housing is disclosed.
RAILWAY SHUNT ENCLOSURE
A railway termination shunt enclosure including one or more receptacles, each of the one or more receptacles being configured to receive a termination shunt. The enclosure also includes at least one mounting surface and a connector assembly rotatably attaching the one or more receptacles to one or more of the at least one mounting surface.
BUS BRIDGE FOR MODULAR SWITCHBOARD
Apparatus and method for a modular switchboard provide an adjustable length bus bridge for electrically connecting two adjacent switchboards, where the length of the bus bridge can be adjusted on site if needed. The bus bridge comprises a first set of busbars, each being electrically insulated from one another, and a second set of busbars, each being electrically insulated from one another. The first and second sets of busbars are arranged such that the busbars in the first set of busbars and the busbars in the second set of busbars are slidable relative to one another to adjust a length of the bus bridge. A longitudinal slot is formed in each busbar in either the first or the second set of busbars, or both, to accommodate a through bolt in the bus bridge when the first and second set of busbars slide relative to one another.
IMPROVED CABLING DEVICE FOR ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION DEVICES
Embodiments provided herein are directed to an improved way to access and increase the area of an electrical distribution device provided for cable pulling and cabling. A rotatable section, on which several electrical components of the electrical distribution device are attached, can be rotated away from the cabling area as a single unit. This permits easier access to the cabling area and increases the size of the cabling area, which results in less time required to pull cables and wire the electrical components of the electrical distribution device.
Switchgear cabinet having at least one brush strip for the conductor feedthrough
A switch cabinet with at least one brush strip for the conductor feed-through, the switch cabinet having a switch cabinet frame with a horizontal or vertical profile frame from which a profile web extends, wherein the brush strip is placed on a free end of the profile web with bristles extending from the profile web over the inner portion of the profile frame.
Slidable mounting hardware for electronic equipment enclosure and method for installing same
A method of securing a structure against a slide-type mounting rail of an electronic equipment enclosure includes: providing a hardware assembly having a spring retainer and bolt, a head of which is received at least partially within the spring retainer; positioning the hardware assembly within a T-slot channel of the slide-type mounting rail such that bent edges of deflectable spring arms engage ledges of the T-slot channel to prevent the retainer from rotation; configuring the bolt from an unlocked position to a locked position by rotating the bolt a quarter turn relative to the retainer to position the head transversely within the channel, thereby obstructing the hardware assembly from inadvertent removal from the slide-type mounting rail; placing the structure against the slide-type mounting rail such that a shaft extends through an aperture; and tightening a nut onto the shaft such that the nut is pressed firmly against the structure.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DISTRIBUTION OF ELECTRICAL POWER
A method of mounting an electrically powered device having power receiving contacts and a ground contact on a display comprising a mounting wall comprising: mounting one or more power delivery members on the rear surface of the mounting wall; housing the power receiving and ground contact of an electrically powered device in a housing that prevents electrically conductive manual engagement or contact, inserting the housed power receiving and ground contacts of the electrically powered device through one of the series of apertures in the mounting wall to power and mount the device.
CONTAINER FOR ENERGY STORAGE APPARATUS
The present invention relates to a container for an energy storage apparatus, the container including: a container main body which defines an internal space finished by an upper plate, a lower plate, and a plurality of sidewalls; a first support frame which is installed on the upper plate of the container main body; a second support frame which is installed on the lower plate of the container main body; and one or more vertical frames which are coupled to the first and second support frames in a vertical direction, and configure vertical frames for a typically used battery rack.
ELECTRONIC RACK AND MOUNTING CHASSIS
The electronic rack and mounting chassis includes a plurality of horizontal chassis members, a plurality of vertical chassis members, and a plurality of front to back chassis members. The front to back chassis members are each connectable to at least one horizontal chassis member and at least one vertical chassis member, and the front to back chassis members each comprise a hollow section extrusion.
