EXTENSION KIT
The invention relates to an extension kit for an IT equipment cabinet having two vertical profiles, two transverse profiles and four depth profiles. The two vertical profiles and the two transverse profiles form a rectangular frame, wherein each depth profile is fastened to the frame with one of its ends. In addition, two adapter profiles are provided, which are arranged parallel to the vertical profiles on the other ends of the depth profiles. These are designed to be fastened to an IT equipment cabinet to extend a depth of the cabinet without affecting its height or width.
Cabinet frame assembled by folded profiles
The application relates to a method of establishing four profiles which when releasably mounted together are forming a cabinet frame. The profiles are having folding areas comprising cutout parts.
Mounting frame and rail for electronics and instrumentation enclosure
A mounting frame for an electronics and instrumentation enclosure includes two elongated supports joined by an elongated piece and four corner parts fastened to the ends of the elongated supports by a fastener. For the mounting frame to be easy and rapid to assemble and to mount inside the enclosure also at the mounting site, the ends of the elongated supports are provided with a locking tongue formed as one piece with the elongated support and extending away from a plane defined by the elongated supports, and through-hole for mounting are provided at the corner parts and arranged to receive the locking tongues of the elongated supports without clearance, the corner parts comprising a plural number of such mounting holes at a distance from one another in the longitudinal direction of the corner parts. An elongated support is provided for a mounting frame.
ELECTRONIC RACK AND MOUNTING CHASSIS
The electronic rack and mounting chassis includes a plurality of horizontal chassis members, a plurality of vertical chassis members, and a plurality of front to back chassis members. The front to back chassis members are each connectable to at least one horizontal chassis member and at least one vertical chassis member, and the front to back chassis members each comprise a hollow section extrusion.
WELDED BOARD AND STRUCTURE FOR ELECTRICAL CABINET
WELDED BOARD AND ELECTRICAL CABINET STRUCTURE presents a cabinet built with welded frames that use vertical and horizontal profiles, having an internal fastening wall with holes and cutouts to the fitting of a cage nut and an internal fastening tab, a side sealing surface, a front sealing surface and the isolation barrier, the structure being assembled with at least two welded frames, which are assembled in parallel and joined through four depth profiles, said depth profiles being joined directly to the welded frames vertices.
POWER SUPPLY APPARATUS
A power supply apparatus includes a plurality of power modules for receiving alternating current power to provide the power to a load; an uninterruptible supply module to supply self-power to the load; an inverter module installed on one side of the power modules or the uninterruptible supply module to convert the power and provide converted power to the load; direct current bus bars provided inside enclosures of the power modules, the uninterruptible supply module, and the inverter module, respectively; and a connection bus bar for connecting adjacent direct current bus bars, wherein in the power modules and the uninterruptible supply module, an alternating current/direct current converter or a direct current/direct current converter is provided in the upper portion of the direct current bus bar, or the alternating current/direct current converter or the direct current/direct current converter is provided in the lower portion of the direct current bus bar.
MODULAR ENCLOSURE SYSTEM
A modular enclosure system for forming a weld-free enclosure. The enclosure system includes a corner piece and a plurality of rails each adapted to mate with the corner piece and secured at one or more exterior-facing frame attachment points on the corner piece to form a frame. Panels are also included and are adapted to be secured to the frame. The panel conceals the frame attachment points when secured to the frame. Another aspect is directed to a weld-free enclosure assembled using the components of the modular enclosure system described herein.
Structural column and modular structure for electrical cabinets including referred structural column
Structural Column and Modular Structure for Electrical Cabinets Comprising said Structural column, includes a structural column (1) which, from a single piece, accurately determines two corners or vertexes of a modular structure (19) for electric cabinets. The modular structure (19) has four vertically positioned structural columns (1) and at least eight horizontal beams (20) connected to each other by means of screws (21). This invention also introduces an innovative joint between the elements of the structural columns (1), which are joined together by means of welds (6) and with the aid of limiters (12), positioning flaps (11) and engagers (9). Thus, this invention guarantees a perfect square of the modular structure and the correct assembly of the electrical cabinet, with no need for highly specialized labor. The modular structure (19) presented here can be manufactured entirely from low-cost metal materials such as carbon steel, significantly reducing the manufacturing costs of electrical cabinets.
STRUCTURAL PROFILE FOR ELECTRICAL CABINET
The “STRUCTURAL PROFILE FOR ELECTRICAL CABINET” comprises a profile that presents a front sealing area and is positioned in relation thereto at 90°, a side sealing area, an inner fixing wall, an inner fixing side, an inner fixing tab, an outer fixing wall, an outer fixing side and a central barrier.
