A stripping device for rapid midpoint stripping of an outer cladding layer of a cable includes a handle, a cutter disposed on the handle, a pressing assembly, and a scraper assembly. The pressing assembly includes a first bracket and a pressing part. The first bracket is disposed on the handle. The pressing part is slidably arranged on the first bracket and opposite to the cutter. The scraper assembly includes a second bracket disposed on the handle and a scraper disposed on the second bracket. The stripping device has advantages of simple operation, high stripping efficiency, and good safety.

Stripping pliers

Stripping pliers have two outer clamping jaws, two inner cutting jaws and two handle parts, wherein, in the course of pressing together the handle parts, the cutting jaws can be displaced from a starting position into an end position by a pull rod against the force of a spring acting on the pull rod. The pull rod is traversed by a pull pin which can move in a slot. In order to configure the stripping pliers such that they are further improved in a manner which is advantageous for handling, the pull rod has, at its handle-side end, a displacement part which is fastened to the pull rod and which is displaceable against the force of the spring relative to the pull rod, to free the pull rod from a handle-side mounting.

Gripper jaws and blades for an insulation stripper, and insulation stripper

Gripper jaws for an insulation stripper have a gripping surface and an attachment extension with ribs which run transversely to a longitudinal direction of a cable to be gripped when the gripping surfaces are fitted, and have groove-like recesses corresponding to the ribs and running between the latter. When the gripper jaws are fitted, the ribs can enter into the recesses of the opposing gripper jaw in accordance with the thickness of the cable to be gripped. Blades for an insulation stripper have, on their free ends that run into a blade tip with an acute angle in cross-section, a contour line which has a depression, when seen from a side view in which the contour line forms the termination line of the blade.

CLAMPING PLIER

A clamping plier is disclosed, including a first and a second plier bodies. The first and the second plier bodies are connected together through a shaft, an elastic member is provided on the shaft. The first plier body includes a first handle and a first jaw and the second plier body includes a second handle and a second jaw. The first jaw is provided with a first clamping head and a first cable stripping head, and the second jaw is provided with a second clamping head and a second cable stripping head. The first crimping head and the second crimping head cooperate to form a terminal crimping position, the first and the second cable stripping heads cooperate to form a cable cutting and stripping position. The elastic member is connected between the first and the second crimping heads or between the first and the second cable stripping heads.

Wire stripping tool

A wire stripper operable to strip insulation from a wire, the wire stripper including a battery, a handle portion including a receptacle that receives the battery along a battery insertion axis, a motor, the motor located in the handle portion, the motor including a motor shaft that rotates about a driveline axis. The wire stripper further includes a rotary head coupled to the motor for rotation about a wire insertion axis that is perpendicular to the driveline axis. The rotary head defines a central aperture and the wire insertion axis extends through the central aperture. A blade is coupled to the rotary head for rotation with the rotary head about the wire insertion axis. The blade extends into the central aperture to cut the insulation of the wire passing through the central aperture along the wire insertion axis as the blade rotates about the wire insertion axis.

A tool for scoring cable sheathing on a cable including a blade housing assembly having a blade housing, a blade housing opening, a blade disposed in the blade housing opening and a blade housing carrier having a blade housing carrier opening wherein the blade housing is rotatably secured in the blade housing carrier opening for scoring the sheathing in a circular, lateral or spiral direction. The tool includes a cable support member and an adjustable frame disposed between the cable support member and the blade housing assembly for adjusting the cable support member toward and away from the blade housing assembly for scoring various diameter cables, the blade housing carrier secured to one end of the adjustable frame. The blade is adjustable within the blade housing opening toward and away from the cable support member for controlling a depth of the blade into the cable sheathing.

Wire stripper

A wire stripper for stripping cables has two plier jaws, two outer clamping jaws, two inner cutting jaws, and two gripping parts. The cutting jaws can be displaced from a starting position into an end position by a pull rod while pressing together the gripping parts. The cutting jaws are guided on sliding block parts that rest against a sliding block fixed in the clamping jaws. The cutting jaws are moved toward each other to varying degrees through these sliding block parts, depending on a closed position of the clamping jaws, with the closed position determining the movement of the sliding block part. The sliding block parts can be manually adjusted independently of a closed position of the clamping jaws in terms of a position relative to the sliding block, while at the same time acting on both sliding block parts.

Pliers

Plies have a first and a second plier limb which are rotatably held relative to one another on an axis of rotation an articulation region and form a jaw region on one side of the articulation region and handle sections on the other side of the articulation region. The jaw region has a cutting pattern with first and second cutting edges which, in the closed position of the pliers, are crossed with respect to a shear plane and which have a central plane running through the axis of rotation, perpendicularly to the shear plane in the closed position. The cutting edges are crossed to a greater degree in a region remote from the articulation, in the opening direction of the pliers, than in a region closer to the articulation.
