WIRING MEMBER
A wiring member includes: a plurality of wire-like transmission members; and a sheet to which the plurality of wire-like transmission members are fixed, wherein an intersection region portion where the plurality of wire-like transmission members are disposed on the sheet to intersect with each other is provided, and the intersection region portion includes a bending position.
CONDUIT LAYOUT APPARATUS, METHOD OF MAKING AND USING THE SAME
A conduit layout tool to configured for forming conduit holes or knockouts in electrical boxes or panels. The conduit layout tool can be used with different size strut channel sizes have different widths, height, gauge size and material. The typical width channel sizes are 1⅝ inch and 13/16 inch with (or 7/16 width). A single conduit tool is configured to be used with two or more channel width sizes each with a single conduit diameter.
SHEATHED WIRE HARNESS
A sheathed wire harness includes connectors to be fitted to counterpart connectors, electric wires connected to the connectors, and a fibrous resin cloth that is connected to the electric wires and surrounds the electric wires. The resin cloth includes a cover portion that can be moved to a closed position in which portions of the electric wires near the connectors are covered, and moved to an open position in which the portions of the electric wires near the connectors are exposed.
INSIDE CORNER TRIM PRODUCT
A flexible inside corner trim piece is formed with concave depressions at hinge portions where wings attach to the body. The trim piece can be formed such that wings and a top cap lay flat in plane perpendicular to body or wings and top cap curve at an angle. Hinge portions can be narrow or wide and symmetrical or asymmetrical. The trim piece can be dyed, paintable, or present another decorative surface. The trim piece can include embedded lighting.
SHIELDED HARNESS
A shielded harness is simply constructed such that covered wires are fitted into a groove of a molded body, and then an opening of the groove is covered with a metal casing. This simple structure allows noise to be released to the metal casing, which functions as a ground, via a metal plate constituting the molded body when the noise is generated at a control system unit or comes from an external device. The metal casing of the shielded harness can be used as a housing of a device, such as a power converter, and therefore, a fixing tool is not required for wiring, and the wiring is made easy. Moreover, compared with a conventional shielded wire, this shielded harness has a small number of parts and is produced by an easy method, thereby allowing reduction in production cost.
JOINING STRUCTURE, JOINING METHOD, EXTERIOR BODY FOR WIRE HARNESS, AND WIRE HARNESS
Provided are a joining structure, a joining method, an exterior body for a wire harness, and a wire harness capable of firmly joining members having different physical properties while reducing the thickness of a joint part. The joining structure 10 joins a first member 1 made of a first resin and a second member 2 made of a second resin, wherein: the second resin has physical properties having a higher foaming ratio than the first resin; and a recessed joint part 3 is provided which reaches at least the inside of the first member 1 from the outer surface side of the second member in a state in which the first member 1 and the second member 2 are superimposed. Furthermore, a method for manufacturing the joining structure 10 comprises the steps of: superimposing a first member 1 made of a first resin and a second member 2 made of a second resin having physical properties having a higher foaming ratio than the first resin; and joining the first member 1 and the second member 2 by forming the recessed joint part 3 by pressing and hot-melting the second member 2 until the recessed joint part 3 reaches at least the inside of the first member 1 from the outer surface side of the second member 2.
SELF-WRAPPING WOVEN SLEEVE WITH WEAR INDICATOR YARNS AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTION THEREOF
A woven sleeve for routing and protecting an elongate member includes a wall having opposite edges extending lengthwise in generally parallel relation with a longitudinal central axis between opposite ends. The wall includes warp yarns extending lengthwise between the opposite ends and weft yarns extending circumferentially about the longitudinal central axis. At least some of the weft yarns are provided as bi-component yarns having a central core of heat-set material that biases the opposite edges into overlapping relation with one another, with an outer sheath encircling the central core. The central core and the outer sheath are different colors from one another, such that upon a portion of the outer sheath being split or worn, the central core becomes discernably visible.
ROUTING MEMBER AND WIRE HARNESS
The present disclosure provides a routing member and a wire harness that can absorb tolerances. A wire harness 10 comprises a routing member 40. The routing member 40 includes a column-shaped main body part 41, and a groove part 42 that is formed in an outer circumferential surface of the main body part 41 and that contains a wire 20. The groove part 42 has a meandering part 45 formed so as to extend in an axis line direction of the main body part 41 while meandering. The wire harness 10 includes the wire 20, which is contained in the groove part 42 of the routing member 40 and is routed along the groove part 42.
SNAP PLUG FOR CABLE TRAY
A cable tray including a pair of generally parallel spaced-apart side rails, each side rail defining a plurality of openings. Rungs extend between the rails at intervals spaced along the rails. Each rung includes at least two side walls. Each rung has opposite open ends generally aligned with respective openings in the side rails. End portions of each rung define a transverse opening. A plurality of snap plug fasteners fastens the rungs to the side rails. Each snap plug fastener includes a main body abutting an outboard surface of one of the side rails. A projection extends through one of the openings in the side rail and into one of the open ends of one of the rungs. The projection includes a barb received in one of the transverse openings in the rung.
Cable tray isolation pad
The present disclosure is directed to multi-functional isolation pads that can be used in combination with both clamp-on cable trays and guide-on cable trays without any user manipulation (e.g., folding) of the isolation pad.
