MAGNET-ASSISTED WIRELESS CHARGING AND DEVICES THEREFOR
A wiring device includes a line input terminal configured to couple to a source of alternating current (AC) power and a charging circuit having an induction coil to propagate a magnetic charging field to emanate from the wiring device. The wiring device can be provided individually or in a kit with a wall plate configured for covering the wiring device. Magnet(s) can be provided proximate a front face of a housing of the wiring device, and/or included in/on a wall plate, to magnetically attract an electronic device when the electronic device is positioned proximate the front face. Such wall plates can be provided individually without a wiring device. Additionally or alternatively, a wall plate with or without magnets can include a shelf protruding from a bottom portion thereof, the shelf configured to support an electronic device in position of a front face of a housing of a wiring device.
ELECTRICAL UNIT
An electrical unit and method of assembly that includes a base housing having a plurality of sides and an opening in one of the sides configured to receive a wire therethrough, and a cover configured to mate with the base housing, defining an internal chamber therebetween. A power distribution box is disposed within the internal chamber, at least one electrical connector is disposed at least partially within the internal chamber, operatively engaging the power distribution box, and extending through the opening, and a universal sealing plate that is selectively mountable on each side of the power distribution box and mounted to align with and seal against sides of the opening and at least a portion of the electric connector extending through the opening.
Mountable electrical enclosure with conduit passthrough
A junction box mountable on a roof surface, comprising a housing unit and an enclosing unit, the housing unit and enclosing unit combining to form a waterproof assembly. The housing unit is mountable to a roof surface via a flashing having a continuous, raised waterproofing track that mates with a waterproofing recess in a bottom surface of the housing unit to create a waterproofing zone inside the housing unit. At least one bottom pass through is located within the waterproofing zone and provides a channel from the internal housing area through the roof surface.
CIRCUIT ASSEMBLY
Disclosed is a circuit assembly having a novel structure that enables circuit components to be laid out in a lower case with high design flexibility and higher spatial efficiency. A circuit assembly includes: a lower case for accommodating lower circuit components; an upper case for covering the lower case; upper circuit components attached to the upper case, and a fastening member holder for holding a fastening member for fixing the upper circuit components to the upper case, the fastening member holder being provided in the upper case.
Adjustable depth electrical wall mount ring
An adjustable depth electrical wall mount ring can include a base ring and a finishing ring. The base ring can be configured to be attached to a junction box. The finishing ring can be configured to be adjusted relative to a ring portion of the base ring to extend away from the junction box through a wall layer. Adjusting the finishing ring can cause one or more outward extensions on the finishing ring to bear on an exterior surface of a wall layer and thereby urge the junction box towards the wall layer.
Safety dome cover lock assembly
An enclosure assembly for isolating an electrical interface includes a cover plate adapted to frame the electrical interface or a box form having an open end leaving open access to the electrical interface, and a dome cover dimensionally and geometrically adapted to connect to the cover plate or box form via a pair of materially flexible, locking tabs having thicker interfacing edges and thinner tab bodies spaced-apart and aligning with a pair of connector through slots on the cover plate or box form, the cover dome lock able to the cover plate or box form.
Wallmount enclosure for fiber optic cassettes
A space saving wall mount enclosure for receiving a small number of optic fiber cassettes. The enclosure receives a rack which is rotatable about a rack axis between a first closed position wherein the cassettes are held within the enclosure and the enclosure door may be closed and a second open position where the rack is rotatable outwards allowing for the insertion or removal of the cassettes.
Sealed enclosure with output ports
Certain types of aggregation enclosures include cable input ports and downwardly angled cable output ports. A cover is pivotally coupled to the body so that the cover moves between an open position and a closed position. A modular component panel may be disposed within the enclosure. The component panel includes one or more distribution components (e.g., fiber distribution components or power distribution components) configured to connect at least a portion of an incoming cable to at least a portion of an outgoing cable.
Powered wall plate with adjustable plug prongs
A powered wall plate has a wall plate, an electrical circuit, at least two electrical plug prongs, and at least one mounting screw aperture. The wall plate has a front surface opposite a rear surface, as well as at least one opening extending through the front surface and the rear surface and sized to expose a first electrical receptacle of an electrical device therethrough. The electrical circuit is located between the front surface and the rear surface. The at least two electrical plug prongs are coupled to the electrical circuit within the wall plate and extend away from the rear surface of the wall plate. In addition, the at least two electrical plug prongs are configured to removably mate with a second electrical receptacle of the electrical device. A distance between the at least one mounting screw aperture and the at least two electrical plug prongs is adjustable.
ELECTRICAL CONTACTOR AND PANEL ASSEMBLIES
An electrical contactor assembly includes an electrical contactor, a post in electrical communication with the electrical contactor, an insulator body, and a heat sink. The insulator body is in intimate mechanical contact with the post. The heat sink is in intimate mechanical contact with the insulator body and is in thermal communication with the electrical contactor through the post and the insulator body such that heat flowing between contactor and the heat sink flows through the post and the insulator body.
