FLAT FLEXIBLE ELECTRICAL CONDUCTOR AND SUPPORTING DEVICE THEREFOR
An assembly of a flat flexible electrical conductor and a supporting device that quickly and easily supports an intermediate portion of a flat flexible electrical conductor on a support surface. The flat flexible electrical conductor includes a plurality of electrically conductive traces supported on an electrically non-conductive insulator. The electrically non-conductive insulator has an opening extending therethrough. The supporting device includes a head portion and a shaft portion. The head portion includes first and second flanges disposed on opposite sides of the flat flexible electrical conductor and an intermediate portion that extends through the opening of the electrically non-conductive insulator.
CORD PROTECTOR
A cord protector detachably securable to an object includes a main body having at least one channel disposed therein that extends along a portion of a longitudinal length of the main body and the channel is capable of receiving and securing a cord, line, or tube therein. The cord protector further includes a clamping/gripping mechanism formed of a pair of oppositely disposed clamping/gripping arms that extend from opposite sides of the main body, which are biased toward one another such that the clamping/gripping arms maintain a substantially closed position at rest. The cord protector is capable of being detachably secured to the object by opening the clamping/gripping arms against the bias and allowing the clamping/gripping arms to return toward the resting position such that they close and clamp upon the object.

System for Childproofing a Wall Outlet, While Functionally Moving and Aesthetically Hiding It and Securing an Electrical Cord or Data Cable to the Wall
A system and method for childproofing and aesthetically improving a functional indoor electrical or coaxial wall outlet while retaining use of the outlet by effectively relocating the functionality of the outlet. A functional cover hides the wall outlet and moves the outlet's functionality to a desired location with an electrical cord or coaxial cable. That cord or cable extends from the cover to the desired location, supported by clips affixed to the wall and enclosing portions of the cord or cable. The clips are uniquely, strategically sized and shaped to complement or correspond to the circumferential size and shape of the cord or cable so that the cord or cable is held tightly and cannot be removed by children. The wall outlet cover, the cord or cable, and the clips have a substantially blank face and unobtrusive profile with each protruding outward from the wall less than about one inch.
HIGH VOLATAGE POWER LINE STRINGING TRAVELER
A traveler for electrical power lines, comprising: a) a body portion comprising rubber, plastic or a combination thereof; and b) an insulator clamping portion.
Apparatus for electric stress grading with wildlife guard for electrical power distribution equipment
An apparatus for mounting at a conductive terminal of a high voltage insulator is provided. An apparatus includes an electrical insulator including an electrically insulating material without a conductive material. The electrical insulator includes a first surface, a second surface, a first edge that is between the first surface and the second surface, an intersection between the first edge and the first and second surfaces, and a second edge that is opposite the first edge and that is between the first surface and the second surface. The apparatus further includes a connected electrical conductor that is arranged on the first surface of the electrical insulator and is spaced apart from the second edge and an electrically conductive connector that is configured to electrically couple the connected electrical conductor to the conductive terminal of the high voltage insulator.
Insulator insert for weatherhead and methods of installing
An improved weatherhead and insulator, and methods for using and installing same, for improved insertion and installation of wiring/cabling to new or existing structures. The weatherhead includes a replaceable disc insulator that may be initially installed or replaced as part of a new weatherhead, or replaced in an installed weatherhead if damaged without passing the end of the service through the insulator. The open spaces through which the service passes are accessible from the top of the insulator. Where the cap is metallic, additional insulation may be inserted at the top of the insulator. The insulator is configured to prevent relative movement between the insulator and collar during installation.
GROUNDING CLIP WITH ANTI-ROTATION PROTECTION
A grounding clip for fastening and electrically contacting two cables to a separate surface includes a plate having a first and second longitudinal edges opposite each other and extending in a first direction, and first and second transverse edges opposite each other and extending perpendicularly to the longitudinal edges in a second direction. First and second cable fastening regions for fastening and electrically contacting first and second cables to the plate extends along the first and second transverse edges, respectively. An opening is arranged between the cable fastening regions for inserting a fastener. First and second tabs extend between the first and second cable fastening regions in parallel to the first and second transverse edges, respectively, and perpendicularly to a plane of the plate in a direction of an underside of the plate.
Low-PIM rod receiver angle adapters and cable hanger assemblies
A low passive intermodulation (PIM) angle adapter fabricated from or coated with a polymeric material supports one or more cable support hangers. The low-PIM angle adapter includes a box frame integrally formed with a slot frame, where the box frame supports one or more cable hangers and the slot frame slides onto a support structure to position the angle adapter on the support structure. The low-PIM angle adapter also includes one or more cable tie slots the receive cable ties that secure the angle adapter to the support structure. Various embodiments include differently shaped box frames designed to support one or more cable hangers, such hex, rectangular, trapezoidal and square box frames. The box frames may include multiple receptacles for receiving multiple cable hangers. Cable blocks and brackets also may be used to connect multiple cable hangers to a single receptacle of the low-PIM angle adapter.
