ELECTRIC ROTATING MACHINE APPARATUS AND ELECTRIC POWER STEERING APPARATUS
In an electric rotating machine apparatus according to the present disclosure, noise-removal capability is secured by adopting a structure in which an external terminal is connected with a protruding portion, of a control circuit board in a control unit, that protrudes from a through hole of an electromagnetic shield and in which a filter unit is provided. Because a conventional dedicated wiring board for mounting the filter unit thereon is not required, the foregoing structure can contribute to downsizing and cost reduction. In addition, the foregoing structure can contribute to downsizing and cost reduction of an electric power steering apparatus equipped with the electric rotating machine apparatus according to the present disclosure.
Electric drive for a motor vehicle
An electric drive for a motor vehicle, in particular a fan drive, comprising an electric motor that includes a rotor which is mounted on a motor shaft so as to be able to rotate about a stationary stator as well as a driving part which is coupled to the rotor, and at least one electroconductive cover part for influencing and/or blocking interfering electromagnetic fields generated during operation of the electric motor.
Shield generator
A generator for generating energy is described. The generator includes a first shielding disk having alternating first disk regions of magnetic shielding and non-shielding. One or more conductive wires are located axially below the first shielding disk. Each conductive wire has one end that crosses through a first disk region of magnetic shielding. The generator also includes a first magnet located axially above the first shielding disk such that a first pole is of the first magnet is directed towards the first shielding disk and the conductive wire and a second magnet located axially above the first shielding disk such that a second pole is of the second magnet is directed towards the first shielding disk. The second pole is opposite the first pole of the first magnet. Methods of using the generator are also described.

ACTIVE MAGNETIC BEARING APPARATUS
An active magnetic bearing apparatus for supporting a rotor of a rotary machine comprises an axial magnetic bearing unit and a radial magnetic bearing unit mounted directly to one another. One of the axial magnetic bearing unit and the radial magnetic bearing unit is mounted to a support for attachment to a housing of the rotary machine.
ROTATION ANGLE DETECTION DEVICE AND ROTARY ELECTRIC MACHINE USING SAME
The rotation angle detection device includes: a magnet; a magnetic detection element disposed on the one side in the axial direction relative to the magnet with a gap interposed between the magnetic detection element and the magnet; and a shield. The shield is disposed at a location in the axial direction between a location in the axial direction of a wire member allowing current to flow therethrough and a location in the axial direction of the magnetic detection element, is disposed radially outward of the magnet as seen in the axial direction, and has a portion that overlaps with the wire member as seen in the axial direction. The wire member is disposed at a location in the axial direction that is closer to the magnet than the magnetic detection element is, and is disposed radially outward of the magnet as seen in the axial direction.
Rotary electric machine and wheel steering system of vehicle
Provided is a rotary electric machine including a stator including a plurality of stator pieces, a rotor being arranged inside the stator and rotating about a rotation axis, a housing holding the stator and the rotor, a lid member preventing the stator and the rotor from coming out of the housing, and a cylindrical frame forming the stator by containing the plurality of stator pieces and being internally mounted in the housing, in which a first fixing portion and a second fixing portion for fixing the frame to the housing are disposed at both end portions of the frame along an extending direction of the rotation axis.
Electric motor comprising an integrated rotary encoder
An electric motor has an end shield and a sensor for detecting a magnetic field. The sensor is integrated into the end shield of the electric motor. An electric drive unit may include a brake, in particular an electromagnetically actuatable brake, and an electric motor, where a shielding element is arranged between the sensor and the brake.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ELECTROMAGNETIC SHIELDING OF ROTATING COMPONENTS
An EMI attenuation device includes a housing stator, a fan rotor, and an electrical bridge therebetween. The housing stator has an aperture therethrough, and at least a portion of the housing stator is electrically conductive. The fan rotor is adjacent to the aperture and has a rotational axis relative to the housing stator and a proximate surface proximate the housing stator. The fan rotor is electrically conductive, and the proximate surface is continuous around a rotational direction of the fan rotor. The electrical bridge is between the proximate surface of the fan rotor and a contact surface of the housing stator.
