Stator with dual jig arrangement
A stator for a rotary electric machine includes a stator coil configured such that a tip end of a conductor segment bent in a stator circumferential direction is joined to a tip end of another conductor segment in the same phase. A conductive material is exposed from the tip ends of the conductor segments, and a distance between the tip ends in different phases and adjacent to each other in the stator circumferential direction is larger than a distance between the tip ends in the same phase and adjacent to each other in the stator circumferential direction.

ARMATURE AND ROTATING ELECTRIC MACHINE
Provided are: a back yoke portion formed in an annular shape; a plurality of tooth portions arranged annularly on an inner periphery of the back yoke portion and forming a plurality of slots that are spaced apart in a circumferential direction and open on an outer peripheral side, the plurality of tooth portions being fitted to an inner peripheral surface of the back yoke portion; a coil housed in the plurality of slots; and a wedge disposed between the coil and the back yoke portion, at an opening of each of the plurality of slots.
Hairpin winding electric machine
An electric machine includes a stator core defining slots and a single-layer winding disposed in the core and having first and second parallel paths. Each path includes hairpins interconnected to form a continuous circuit between a terminal and a neutral. The hairpins of the first path include a first type of hairpins each having a first leg, a second leg, a crown connecting between the legs, an outwardly extending twist joined to the first leg, and an inwardly extending twist joined to the second leg, wherein the legs are spaced apart by a span of five slots, and a second type of hairpins each having a first leg, a second leg, a crown connecting between the legs, an inwardly extending twist joined to the first leg, and an outwardly extending twist joined to the second leg, wherein the legs are spaced apart by a span of seven slots.

MOTOR
In a motor, a stator includes: a stator core having slots arranged in a circumferential direction; and conductor connection bodies with conductors connected in series and inserted into the slots. A conductor connection body includes: a first portion wave-wound toward one side in the circumferential direction from a first end to a second end; a second portion wave-wound toward the one side in the circumferential direction from a third end to a fourth end; and a folded portion connecting the first and second portions. The first and third ends protrude in an axial direction from different slots in the circumferential direction, and the second and fourth ends protrude in the axial direction from different slots in the circumferential direction. The conductors include a folded conductor that forms a folded portion connecting the second end of the first portion and the fourth end of the second portion.
