METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING A MOTOR
A system for controlling a motor includes a controller module comprising a controller portion, a regulator portion and an integrator portion. The regulator portion includes a set of regulator modules communicatively coupled in a sequence. Each regulator module configured to receive a respective input signal, indicative of a target or selected value, from the controller portion or the immediately preceding regulator module in the sequence, determine a respective selectable value; select one of the respective selectable value and the value indicated by the received input signal; and provide the selected value as an output signal to the next regulator module in the sequence or the integrator module. The integrator module is configured to receive the output signal from the last regulator module in the sequence, calculate a final demand value based on the received signal, and provide an output signal indicative of the final demand value.
VARIABLE SPEED PUMPING SYSTEMS
A variable speed pumping system includes a generator motor including a frequency converter, in which the variable speed pumping system, in the pumping mode, supply a power command to the generator motor to perform power control, and the power control correction signal generator adds a value obtained by multiplying a signal based on a difference between the power input command and an actual power input measured by a power detector in the pumping mode by a constant gain to a signal based on the deviation and inputs the added value to an integration control element to generate the power control correction signal based on an output signal of the integration control element.
VARIABLE SPEED PUMPING SYSTEMS
A variable speed pumping system includes a generator motor including a frequency converter, in which the variable speed pumping system, in the pumping mode, supply a power command to the generator motor to perform power control, and the power control correction signal generator adds a value obtained by multiplying a signal based on a difference between the power input command and an actual power input measured by a power detector in the pumping mode by a constant gain to a signal based on the deviation and inputs the added value to an integration control element to generate the power control correction signal based on an output signal of the integration control element.

The present disclosure relates to a power generator and method of generating AC or DC power, including the removal of reverse torque and utilizing the electromagnetic coils of a generator stator to harvest the inherent energy available in the magnetic domains of ferromagnetic and paramagnetic materials of pole pieces of a generator rotor. The method comprises: determining an excitation cycle based on a target frequency of the power generator; executing the excitation cycle by providing a current to one or more wires of the generator according to a predefined sequence to align magnetic domains of the salient pole pieces of the generator rotor to produce an evolving magnetic flux field; and routing a resultant current, generated by the magnetic flux field, to a power output. Systems and apparatuses disclosed herein comprise means for carrying out the same.
Method for feeding electrical power into an electrical supply network
A method for exchanging or feeding electric power into an electricity supply grid that has a grid frequency using a converter-controlled generator at a grid connection point is provided. The method includes feeding in electric power depending on a control function, where the electric power may comprise active and reactive power, and the control function controls the power depending on at least one state variable of the grid. It is possible to select between a normal control function and a support control function, different from the normal control function, as the control function. The normal control function is selected when it has been detected that the grid is operating stably and the support control function is selected when a grid problem, grid fault or an end of the grid fault has been detected. The support control function controls the fed-in power to counteract an oscillation in the grid.

A pumping means is operatively connected to the box-like casing and configured to be operated to create vacuum conditions inside the process chamber or cavity in the presence of the dielectric product. In particular, the combined machine includes an electric generator configured to generate a radio frequency output signal, at the desired output power, and applicator means, contained in the process chamber or cavity and electrically connected with the electric generator, configured to develop an electromagnetic field at a treatment zone of the dielectric product defined in the process chamber or cavity for heating the dielectric product itself.
COMBINED MACHINE FOR THE THERMIC DRYING TREATMENT OF DIELECTRIC PRODUCTS
A combined machine for the thermic drying treatment of dielectric products includes a box-like casing which defines a process chamber or cavity configured to receive a dielectric product placed on support means and to be thermally treated to obtain the drying thereof. A drive system has: a three-phase motor, having: a shaft, a first three-phase winding set, having: a three-phase stator winding for connection to a three-phase alternating voltage network and a three-phase rotor winding, which is coupled to the shaft in a mechanical, rotationally fixed manner, a second three-phase winding set, having: a three-phase stator winding for connection to the three-phase alternating voltage network in such a manner that rotary field is produced that runs in the opposite direction to a rotary field that is produced by the stator winding of the first winding set.
