The present application discloses an amplifier circuit, a chip and an electronic device, which generates a positive output signal and a negative output signal according to a positive input signal and a negative input signal, wherein the positive input signal and the negative input signal have a corresponding input differential-mode voltage and input common-mode voltage, and the positive output signal and the negative output signal have a corresponding output differential-mode voltage and output common-mode voltage, and the amplifier circuit includes: an amplifying unit, configured to receive the positive input signal and the negative input signal and generate the positive output signal and the negative output signal; and an attenuation unit, including: a positive common-mode capacitor and a negative common-mode capacitor, configured to attenuate the input common-mode voltage below a first specific frequency.
Balanced differential transimpedance amplifier with single ended input and balancing method
A balanced differential transimpedance amplifier with a single-ended input operational over a wide variation in the dynamic range of input signals. A threshold circuit is employed to either or a combination of (1) generate a varying decision threshold to ensure a proper slicing over a wide range of input current signal levels; and (2) generate a bias current and voltage applied to an input of a transimpedance stage to cancel out a dependence of the transimpedance stage voltage input on input current signal levels.
VOLTAGE CONTROLLED ATTENUATOR
An amplifier system with high gain, compact size, and extended bandwidth is disclosed. The amplifier system includes one or more inputs configured to receive one or more input signals and a pre-driver configured to receive the one or more input signals. The pre-driver may comprise source connected FETs which create a virtual ground and may include inductors which cancel or counter parasitic capacitance of the FETs. The pre-driver amplifies the one or more input signals to create one or more pre-amplified signals, which are provided to a voltage divider network configured to reduce a DC bias voltage of the one or more pre-amplified signals, while maintaining a wide bandwidth range. An amplifier receives and amplifies the output of the voltage divider network to create amplified signals. The amplifier may comprise mirrored FET pairs in a common source configuration and a common gate arrangement.

Provided is a sensor interface including a first cantilever beam bundle including at least one resonator and a first output terminal, a second cantilever beam bundle including at least one resonator and a second output terminal, and a differential amplifier including a first input terminal electrically connected to the first output terminal of the first cantilever beam bundle and a second input terminal electrically connected to the second output terminal of the second cantilever beam bundle.
