An electronic component includes: a first substrate having a first surface; a second substrate having a second surface facing the first surface across an air gap; a first coil pattern that is located on the first surface so as to face the second surface across the air gap; a second coil pattern that is located in a second region on the second surface and faces the first surface across the air gap, at least a part of the second region overlapping with a first region in plan view, the first region being formed of a region in which the first coil pattern is located and a region surrounded by the first coil pattern; and a connection terminal connecting the first coil pattern and the second coil pattern.
Multiplexer and communication apparatus
A multiplexer includes a first transmission filter connected to a common terminal, a reception filter, a second transmission filter, and a multilayer substrate. The first transmission filter includes a first parallel-arm resonator connected to a first parallel-arm terminal and a second parallel-arm resonator connected to a second parallel-arm terminal. The second transmission filter includes a third parallel-arm resonator connected to a third parallel-arm terminal and a fourth parallel-arm resonator connected to a fourth parallel-arm terminal. The first to fourth parallel-arm resonators are surface-mounted on a main surface of the multilayer substrate. The second and third parallel-arm terminals are grounded on any dielectric layer from the main surface to an n-th dielectric layer of the multilayer substrate and the first and fourth parallel-arm terminals are isolated from each other on the dielectric layers from the main surface to the n-th dielectric layer.

An acoustic wave device includes a first substrate, an acoustic wave element provided on a first surface of the piezoelectric layer, a second substrate, a first metal layer provided on the first surface and conductively connected to the acoustic wave element, a second metal layer provided on a second surface of the second substrate, a third metal layer that connects the first metal layer to the second metal layer, is thicker than the first metal layer and the second metal layer, and contains copper or silver, and a first conductive layer that covers a side surface of the third metal layer, and a third surface of the first metal layer in a region surrounding another region where the third metal layer is bonded to the first metal layer, is thinner than the third metal layer, and contains a component other than copper, silver, and tin as a main component.
DYNAMIC BAND STEERING FILTER BANK MODULE WITH PASSBAND ALLOCATIONS
Disclosed is a filter bank module having a substrate, an antenna port terminal, and a filter bank die. The filter bank die is fixed to the substrate and includes a first acoustic wave (AW) filter having a first antenna terminal coupled to the antenna port terminal and a first filter terminal, wherein the first AW filter is configured to pass a first passband and attenuate frequencies outside the first passband, and a second AW filter having a second filter terminal, and a second antenna terminal coupled to the first antenna terminal to effectively diplex signals that pass through the first AW filter and the second AW filter, wherein the second AW filter is configured to pass a second passband that is spaced from the first passband to minimize interference between first bandpass and the second bandpass while attenuating frequencies outside the second passband.

Multiplexer and communication apparatus
A multiplexer includes a transmission filter and a reception filter connected to a common terminal, a first inductor connected to the common terminal, and a multilayer substrate on which the transmission filter and the reception filter are mounted and which includes dielectric layers. The transmission filter includes a parallel-arm resonator connected to a path between the common terminal and a transmission terminal and a parallel-arm terminal, and a second inductor connected to the parallel-arm terminal and ground. The first inductor includes a first coil pattern on a first dielectric layer and a second coil pattern on a second dielectric layer. The second inductor includes a third coil pattern on the first dielectric layer and that is magnetically coupled to the first coil pattern. The inductance value of the second coil pattern is greater than that of the first coil pattern.

A filter device includes a first filter including series resonators and parallel resonators, a first inductor connected in parallel between a first terminal and the first filter, a second inductor provided in series between the first filter and a second terminal, and a third inductor provided in series in a channel connecting the parallel resonator and ground, the third inductor is incorporated in a multilayer substrate, the first filter is mounted on a main surface of the multilayer substrate and incorporated in a filter chip, and the first inductor and the second inductor are chip inductors including coil conductors and are mounted on the main surface of the multilayer substrate beside the filter chip so as to be adjacent to each other and such that coil axes thereof are orthogonal or substantially orthogonal to each other.
Package comprising stacked filters with a shared substrate cap
A package that includes a first filter comprising a first polymer, a substrate cap, a second filter comprising a second polymer frame, at least one interconnect, an encapsulation layer and a plurality of through encapsulation vias. The substrate cap is coupled to the first polymer frame such that a first void is formed between the substrate cap and the first filter. The second polymer frame is coupled to the substrate cap such that a second void is formed between the substrate cap and the second filter. The at least one interconnect is coupled to the first filter and the second filter. The encapsulation layer encapsulates the first filter, the substrate cap, the second filter, and the at least one interconnect. The plurality of through encapsulation vias coupled to the first filter.
Acoustic wave filter including two types of resonators
Acoustic wave devices are disclosed. An acoustic wave device can include a first filter and a second filter coupled to a common node. The second filter includes acoustic wave resonators of a first type (e.g., bulk acoustic wave resonators) and a series acoustic wave resonator of the second type (e.g., a surface acoustic wave resonator) that is coupled between the acoustic wave resonators of the first type and the common node. The acoustic wave device can further include a loop circuit coupled to the first filter, in which the loop circuit is configured to generate an anti-phase signal to a target signal at a particular frequency. In certain embodiments, the first filter is a receive filter and the second filter is a transmit filter.
