This patent provides a phone case. The backplate and side plate constitute the accommodating cavity of phone, and it is the amplifying cavity; Reinforcing rib is equipped at the edge of back plate. It may protrude to the inside and butt against the mobile phone frame. When the phone falls, the reinforcing rib or side plate separates the phone screen or phone body from the ground, cushions the impact of the ground and transfers the impact force to the phone frame, to avoid that the impact force directly acts on the phone screen and body. It has the great anti-falling effect.

Methods and apparatus for implementing an access point supporting multiple communications protocols

Access points can be mounted in a variety of locations or orientations and can support multiple communications protocols. In some embodiments, an access point includes a main housing and a front housing. The main and front housing are connected by a hinge. A Wi-Fi antenna is included in the front housing in some embodiments. The access point is configured for use in either an open or closed position. When mounted in a vertical position, the front housing can be lowered into a horizontal position, which facilitates a preferred orientation of an antenna with respect to the ground. A first set of cooling fins serves to maintain components of the access point offset from a wall to which the access point is mounted. This facilitates airflow. Additional fins act as a spacer between the main housing and the front housing when the access point is used in a closed position. This facilitates air flow around both sides of the main housing.

Apparatus and method for power amplifier surge protection
11581857 · 2023-02-14 · ·

Components of a power amplifier controller may support lower voltages than the power amplifier itself. As a result, a surge protection circuit that prevents a power amplifier from being damaged due to a power surge may not effectively protect the power amplifier controller. Embodiments disclosed herein present an overvoltage protection circuit that prevents a charge-pump from providing a voltage to a power amplifier controller during a detected surge event. By separately detecting and preventing a voltage from being provided to the power amplifier controller during a surge event, the power amplifier controller can be protected regardless of whether the surge event results in a voltage that may damage the power amplifier. Further, embodiments of the overvoltage protection circuit can prevent a surge voltage from being provided to a power amplifier operating in 2G mode.

Preventing protective case from turning off screen by mistake on terminal using Hall effect sensor
11579657 · 2023-02-14 · ·

The present invention provides a terminal control method, a protective case, and a terminal. In the method, a terminal may be disposed with two Hall effect sensors for sensing a change of a magnetic field generated by a magnet in a protective case, and identify a forward snap-fit operation, an opening operation, a backward snap-fit operation, and the like of the protective case. When detecting the forward snap-fit operation of the protective case, the terminal performs a screen off operation; or when detecting the backward snap-fit operation of the protective case, the terminal may skip performing screen off operation. In embodiments of the present invention, the protective case can be prevented from turning off a screen by mistake, so as to improve terminal control accuracy.
