Temperature Monitoring Device
20230049141 · 2023-02-16 ·

An electric vehicle supply equipment device includes a removable grid cord having an electrical plug and a device housed within the electrical plug. The device has a plurality of temperature sensing elements, a control module, and an electrical circuit electrically coupling the plurality of temperature sensing elements and the control module, the electrical circuit having an electrical power carrying conductor. The device further includes an in-cable control protection device. The control module communicates an indication of a temperature condition of the electrical plug to the in-cable control protection device via the electrical power carrying conductor.

IDENTIFICATION CIRCUIT AND METHOD FOR POWER-LINE CARRIER SIGNAL, AND INTEGRATED CIRCUIT CHIP

The present application discloses an identification circuit for a power-line carrier signal. During signal transmission on a power line, the amplitude change and duration of a voltage signal on the power line are identified and then decoded into corresponding data, so as to reduce dependency on a power supply voltage during signal identification, and prevent the signal identification rate from decreasing as a result of an increase in the transmission distance, thereby reducing requirements for a system power supply.

SYSTEM FOR CELLULAR AND SATELLITE BROADBAND SERVICES

A user premises system is provided. The user premises system includes an internal unit and an external modem unit. The internal unit includes a wireless power transmitter unit that inductively provides power through an exterior structure of a premises. The external modem unit includes a wireless power receiver unit that inductively receives power from the wireless power transmitter unit of the internal unit through the exterior structure of the premises. The internal and the external modem units each include a short range transceiver that wireless communicate data between internal and the external modem units.

High-Reliability Low-Loss Power Switch and Driver IC

A power switch controller includes a condition detector, a zero crossing detector, a retimer, and a driver. The condition detector detects a change in a sense signal towards a first or second condition. The zero crossing detector detects zero crossings in an AC powerline signal. The power switch controller drives a latching relay that connects a load to powerlines. The power switch controller activates or deactivates the latching relay based on the sensed condition, and retimes activation and deactivation pulses to align the relay contact opening and closing times to coincide with the AC powerline zero crossings, compensating for contact travel times. The activation and deactivation pulses have a duration of max 20 ms, and an amplitude of at least 110% of the maximum sustainable voltage for the relay coil(s). A power-on reset deactivates the relay, aligned with a second AC zero crossing.

Communication is established between a plurality of users through mobile computing devices. A server communicates with the mobile computing devices. Unique User Identifiers (UUIDs) are registered on the server through a network, and a database connected to the server stores the uploaded UUIDs and associated data. The server receives and sends communications to and from the mobile computing devices, receives UUIDs and associated data from mobile computing devices, and sends UUIDs and associated data to one or more mobile computing devices.

Safety mechanisms, wake up and shutdown methods in distributed power installations

A distributed power system including multiple DC power sources and multiple power modules. The power modules include inputs coupled respectively to the DC power sources and outputs coupled in series to form a serial string. An inverter is coupled to the serial string. The inverter converts power input from the serial string to output power. A signaling mechanism between the inverter and the power module is adapted for controlling operation of the power modules.
