Communication device and method for echo signals management
A communication device includes a donor receiver that receives a plurality of first beam of input radio frequency (RF) signals. The communication device further includes a service transmitter that transmits a plurality of second beam of RF signals in a first radiation pattern to a user equipment (UE). The communication device further includes control circuitry that detects an amount and a direction of reflected RF signals at the donor receiver. The control circuitry applies polarization to the plurality of second beam of RF signals and calibrates the polarization to minimize the reflected RF signals at the donor receiver. A second radiation pattern is generated for the plurality of second beam of RF signals and communicated to the UE based on the calibrated polarization.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR ELIMINATING SAME-FREQUENCY AND ADJACENT-FREQUENCY INTERFERENCE IN ANALOG DOMAIN
A method and device for eliminating co-frequency and adjacent frequency interference in an analog domain, in the case that a wireless communication device with a receiving antenna, that is, a transmitting point of a master device, detects and judges the presence of co-frequency and/or adjacent frequency interference signal sources on site, collects the reference signals of the same frequency and/or adjacent frequency from the interference signal sources by means of cable direct connection or adding an antenna, and obtains the analog signals of the same frequency and/or adjacent frequency interference after interference signal recovery processing, then, in the analog domain, the received signal received by the receiving antenna of the master device is directly subtracted from the interference analog signal of the same frequency and/or adjacent frequency to complete the analog interference cancellation process, so as to obtain the interference canceled RF analog signal.

METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ELIMINATING ECHO IN THE REPRODUCTION OF RADIO SIGNALS TRANSMITTED VIA A RADIO CHANNEL
A method and system eliminate echoes in the reproduction of radio signals transmitted via a radio channel. A radio signal transmitted by a transmitter is received by at least a first base station as a first audio signal and by at least a second base station as a second audio signal. The received audio signals are transmitted via an IP network to a control station for reproduction. The first and second audio signals arrive in the control station at different times or with a time shift and undergo a similarity analysis before their reproduction in the control station in order to reproduce the radio signal contained in both audio signals without echo if a similarity is established between the first audio signal and the second audio signal.

Hot carrier injection compensation
Methods and devices are described for compensating an effect of aging due to, for example, hot carrier injection, or other device degradation mechanisms affecting a current flow, in an RF amplifier. In one case a replica circuit is used to sense the aging of the RF amplifier and adjust a biasing of the RF amplifier accordingly.
