CONNECTING OVER THE AIR RADIO TRANSMISSION CONTENT TO DIGITAL DEVICES
20220343363 · 2022-10-27 ·

Content synchronization with over-the-air radio transmissions captures user engagement and telemetry data. User engagement data creates a closed-loop feedback with over-the-air content and is tracked. User engagement and telemetry data feeds machine learning algorithms for radio station advertising effectiveness and programming refinement. User telemetry data identifies the listener radio receiving device. Machine learning applied to over-the-air advertising content categorizes ads for correlation with user behavior profile and ad effectiveness. Prediction models predict listener demographics and user engagement with advertising content in anonymous and registered mode. Over-the-air advertisements are synchronized with ad content provided to broadcast listeners on an electronic user device. Ad content may be listed, searched, and acted on by telephone, email, website click-through, including special ads and coupons targeted to users based on telemetry and user profile and behavior.

Core extraction assessment

Generating an assessment of the suitability of cables, ducts, tubes, pipes and/or other hollow-type of conduits to extraction of cores, conductors, insulation, etc. included therein while still buried in the ground or otherwise positioned out-of-sight so as to be unavailable for visual and/or physical inspection is contemplated. The assessment may be used to indicate a suitability of a cable buried in the ground of a hybrid fiber coaxial (HFC) cable plant to extraction of the type whereby a core of the cable may be extracted using hydraulics while still buried.

Remote user interface for media player

A portable media player communicates with a host computer for enabling a user of the player to manage media distribution using the control software of the host computer. The host computer can send a GUI that is displayed on the otherwise dumb player, and the user can view the GUI and press a single button to command the control software to download a media title to the player. The host computer can periodically poll the player to determine its status.
