Communication of a known payload to support a machine learning process
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment may receive, from a base station, an indication of a resource allocation for a data communication having a known payload, the known payload comprising data associated with a machine learning process; and communicate with the base station based at least in part on the resource allocation. Numerous other aspects are provided.
WIRELESS COMMUNICATION DEVICE AND WIRELESS COMMUNICATION METHOD
A wireless communication device transmits data to multiple wireless terminals at the same timing. The wireless communication device includes a complement calculation part configured to calculate the amount of complement for transmission data for each wireless terminal among multiple wireless terminals on multiple subcarriers distributed and assigned thereto, a complementation part configured to complement transmission data using the amount of complement calculated for each wireless terminal, and a transmitter configured to transmit the complemented transmission data to multiple wireless terminals via multiple subcarriers. The wireless communication device further includes a frame generator configured to generate frames (e.g. OFDMA frames) used to multiplex and transmit the complemented transmission data to multiple wireless terminals. The complement calculation part calculates the amount of complement based on the number of available subcarriers, which is determined via carrier sensing.
METHOD AND COMMUNICATIONS DEVICE FOR TRANSMITTING INFORMATION
The invention provides a method and a communications device for transmitting information. The method includes: determining a quantity N of padding bits according to a quantity M of effective information bits included in a code block and a quantity L of effective input ports of a polar code encoder, where M and L are positive integers, and N is a difference between L and M; determining input bits that are to be input into the polar code encoder, where the input bits include the M effective information bits and the N padding bits; inputting, according to a mapping relationship between the L effective input ports and the input bits, the input bits into the polar code encoder through the L effective input ports to perform coding, so as to obtain coded bits; and transmitting the coded bits. This bit-padding manner has ensured successful information transmission.
MU-MIMO pre-packet arrival channel contention
Systems, apparatus and methods for wireless local area network (WLAN) communication which support real-time application (RTA) packets. The access point (AP) schedules multiple-user (MU) multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO) transmissions for uplink (UL) or downlink (DL) for RTA packets by allocating resources to packet transmissions before RTA packet arrival. The AP contends for channel access before the expected time of arrival of the RTA packet in the DL or UL direction. The operations reduce RTA packet latency on the WLAN.
COMMUNICATION DEVICES AND METHODS
Communication device for transmitting data to another communication device, the communication device comprising circuitry configured to obtain a truncation notification indicating that an ongoing transmission of a data unit is to be truncated; in response to the truncation notification, determine, based on the number of unprocessed modulation input bits of the data unit, a remaining bit length of a modulation input block, and perform padding to add a number of modulation padding bits corresponding to the determined remaining bit length of a modulation input block to the unprocessed modulation input bits to obtain a complete modulation input block; modulate the complete modulation input block to obtain a modulation output block; and transmit a transmit data stream containing the obtained modulation output block.
Transmission Padding Efficiency Improvement
A user equipment (UE) configured to receive an uplink (UL) grant comprising a UL grant size, determine a current UL buffer size, compare the current UL buffer size to the UL grant size and determining an amount of padding to fill the UL grant and determine whether to transmit on the UL grant based on the amount of padding to fill the UL grant.
OAM message transmission method and transmission device, and storage medium
Disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are an OAM message transmission method and transmission device, and a storage medium. The OAM message transmission method comprises: obtaining an OAM block generated on the basis of an OAM message; replacing an idle block in a data stream with the OAM block; and sending the data stream carrying the OAM block.
Resolving downlink control information ambiguity
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a wireless communication device may determine that a first set of downlink control information (DCI) formats is associated with a same DCI size as a second set of DCI formats, and perform a padding operation so that the first set of DCI formats and the second set of DCI formats are associated with different DCI sizes. Numerous other aspects are provided.
Method and apparatus for processing service data in optical transport network
A method for processing service data in an optical transport network includes receiving service data, where the service data is to be mapped to a plurality of consecutive data frames, determining a quantity of code blocks, occupied by the service data, of each of the plurality of consecutive data frames and locations of the code blocks, where the code block includes a payload area and an overhead area, the payload area of the code block is used to carry the service data, and the overhead area of the code block includes identification information of the service data, and mapping the service data to the plurality of consecutive data frames based on the quantity of code blocks and the locations of the code blocks.
Method of reporting received signal strength on per frame basis in wi-fi network
Aspects of the present disclosure are drawn to a client device for use with an access point device. The client device includes: a memory; and a processor configured to execute instructions stored on the memory to cause the client device to: obtain a value associated with a capability of the client device, create a response including a header and a payload, the header including a reserved field including a bit reporting that the payload of the response includes the value associated with the capability, and transmit the response to the APD.
