In a multiuser (MU) multiple antenna system (MAS), a central processing unit is communicatively coupled to multiple distributed wireless terminals (WTs) via a network. The central processing unit processes channel measurements indicative of channel conditions between the multiple distributed WTs and a plurality of user devices and selects a plurality of WTs from the multiple distributed WTs to enhance channel space diversity within the MU-MAS. The central processing unit calculates (Multiple Input, Multiple Output) MIMO weights from the channel measurements for precoding a plurality of data streams that are transmitted concurrently from the plurality of WTs to the plurality of users, wherein the MIMO weights provide for a plurality of independent MIMO channels.

A wireless communication system comprises a source node, a destination node, and a plurality of half-duplex relay nodes disposed between the source node and the destination node. The half-duplex relay nodes are configured in two disjoint paths each comprising an equal number of hops from the source node to the destination node. The source node is configured to alternately transmit information via the two disjoint paths in alternating time slots, and the destination node is configured to alternately receive information via the two disjoint paths in alternating time slots.

Systems and methods for user equipment cooperation with sidelink HARQ feedback

Methods and devices utilizing sidelink transmission between user equipment (UEs) for HARQ retransmission are provided. The sidelink HARQ retransmissions include data from the initial transmission or an outer coded version thereof. HARQ feedback from the targeted receiver of the initial transmission may identify code block groups and/or individual code blocks the target receiver did not successfully decode. A UE that has not successfully decoded an entire transport block, may still cooperate in HARQ retransmission for the targeted receiver of the transport block by retransmitting at least a subset of the code block groups that it was able to successfully decode for the transport block.

Provided are systems, methods, and computer-program products for a proxy network that can determine, for a set of objects, an initial differential, where the initial differential is determined using a rules data store of a host network. The proxy network can further determine a supplemental differential for the set of objects. The proxy network can further determine a final differential that is the sum of the initial differential and the supplemental differential. The proxy network can further determine a final sum for the set of objects that is the object value less the final differential. The proxy network can further generate an outbound data packet that includes values corresponding to the set of objects and the final sum. When the host network receives the outbound data packet, the host network can modify an object data store using the values corresponding to the set of objects and the final sum.

Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit, to another UE, a set of encoded packets associated with a vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication, wherein the set of encoded packets are generated according to a network coding scheme, transmit, to a relay device, the set of encoded packets associated with the V2X communication, and receive, from the relay device, an acknowledgment message based at least in part on transmitting, to the relay device, the set of encoded packets associated with the V2X communication. Numerous other aspects are provided.

PUCCH multiplexing scheme

A method for UL control signaling for carrier aggregation, CoMP and/or eICIC is disclosed. The method includes determining whether multiple FB (such as, a plurality of FB each for one channel of a multiple of channels, a plurality of FB regarding one channel (CSI, A/N, etc.), etc. for example) is to be simultaneously transmitted. The multiple FB are related to at least one CA, CoMP and/or eICIC transmission. A RS resource for an UL control signal message is selected. The RS resource includes an indication that the multiple FB is present in the UL control signal message. The method jointly encodes the multiple FB. The UL control signal message including the indication and the jointly encoded multiple FB is transmitted from a UE to a network element. Apparatus and computer readable media are also disclosed.

System and method for wireless communications measurements and CSI feedback

Measurements and Channel State Information (CSI) feedback are configured using communications between a network and user equipment (UE). The communications includes a first signaling from a network component to the UE indicating one or more reference signal (RS) resource configurations, a second signaling indicating one or more interference measurement (IM) resource configurations, and a third signaling indicating a CSI report configuration, wherein the CSI report configuration indicates a subset of the one or more RS resource configurations and a subset of the one or more IM resource configurations. The UE establishes a RS based measurement according to the subset of the one or more RS resource configurations and an IM according to the subset of the one or more IM resource configurations. The UE then generates and sends to the network a CSI report in accordance with the CSI report configuration and using the RS based measurement and the IM.
