METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TRANSMITTING DATA UNIT USING PRECONFIGURED UPLINK RESOURCES IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a method of transmitting a data unit by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system. Especially, the method includes the steps of configuring a first pre-configured uplink (UL) resources (PUR) group and a second PUR group, wherein the first PUR group is used for data transmission not requiring the network feedback and the second PUR group is used for data transmission requiring the network feedback; generating the data unit to be transmitted to a network; selecting one of the first PUR group and the second PUR group based on whether a transmission of the data unit requires a feedback response of the data unit or not; selecting one of PURs belonging to the selected PUR group; and transmitting the data unit to the network on a UL resource belonging to the selected PUR.
RETRANSMISSION TIMEOUT DETERMINING METHOD AND RELATED APPARATUS
Embodiments of this application describe a retransmission timeout (RTO) determining method and a related apparatus. The method includes a transmission device sending, to a network analyzer, a network throughput at which communication is performed through a first communication connection, where the network throughput is used by the network analyzer to determine an RTO corresponding to the first communication connection. The network analyzer obtains a first network throughput at which the transmission device performs communication through the first communication connection. The network analyzer calculates, based on the first network throughput, a first RTO corresponding to the first communication connection. The network analyzer sends the first RTO to the transmission device. The transmission device receives the first RTO sent by the network analyzer. The embodiments of this application help improve efficiency of retransmitting a lost data packet.
Layer 1 reference signal received power reporting during a discontinuous reception operation
A wireless device receives a report mask indicating a transmission of a layer 1 reference signal received power (L1-RSRP) report limited to a time period when a discontinuous reception (DRX) timer is running. The L1-RSRP report is transmitted, at a first time, in response to the DRX timer running at a predefined time period before the first time. The L1-RSRP report may include, for example, an L1-RSRP value and a reference signal index associated with the L1-RSRP value. Ata second time, a configured L1-RSRP report transmission is skipped in response to: the DRX timer not running at the predefined time period before the second time and the report mask.
Block acknowledgement and fragmentation in multi-link communication between multi-link logical entities
Embodiments of a station (STA) and method of communication are generally described herein. The STA may be included in a first plurality of STAs affiliated with a first multi-link logical entity (MLLE). A plurality of links may be established between the first MLLE and a second MLLE, wherein the second MLLE may be affiliated with a second plurality of STAs. The STA may receive a first subset of a sequence of MAC protocol data units (MPDUs). A second subset of the sequence of MPDUs may be transmitted by another STA of the first plurality of STAs. The STA may transmit a block acknowledgement (BA) frame that includes: a number of BA bitmaps, configurable to values greater than or equal to one; and BA control information for each of the BA bitmaps.
Enhanced retry count for uplink multi-user transmission
This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to an enhanced retry count for an uplink (UL) multi-user (MU) transmission. A device may identify a trigger frame received from a first device on a wireless communication channel. The device may determine a quality of service counter associated with an access category. The device may cause to send a frame to the first device based at least in part on the trigger frame. The device may determine an error condition associated with the frame. The device may refrain from incrementing the quality of service counter based on the error condition.
Transport Block Repetition with Multiple Uplink Configured Grant Configurations
The invention refers to a method, performed by a user equipment, UE, for transmitting data based on a plurality of configured grants, CGs, of resources of a wireless network, the method comprising: receiving, from a network node serving the UE, configurations of a plurality of CGs of resources allocated for the UE to transmit data; transmitting, to the network node, an initial transmission of a transport block, TB, of data using first resources associated with a first one of the CGs, wherein the first CG supports a plurality of repetitions of a single TB; selecting second resources associated with a second one of the CGs for transmission of a subsequent repetition of the TB; and transmitting, to the network node, the subsequent TB repetition using the second resources associated with the second CG; the invention further refers to a method in a corresponding network node and to a corresponding UE and a network node respectively.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR TRANSMITTING AUDIO DATA, TWS EARPHONE PAIR, CHIP AND MEDIUM
A method for transmitting audio data, including: determining whether a TWS master device and a TWS slave device have received audio data; sending a first additional packet data to the TWS slave device according to a first determination that the TWS master device has received the audio data, and forwarding the audio data to the TWS slave device according to a second determination that the TWS master device has not received a second additional packet data, turning off a resending time window of the TWS master device; sending the second additional packet data to the TWS master device according to a third determination that the TWS slave device has received the audio data, and forwarding the audio data to the TWS master device according to a fourth determination that the TWS slave device has not received the first additional packet data, and turning off the resending time window of the TWS slave device.
Method and system for protocol layer enhancements in data offload over small cells
A method at a first wireless network element, the method receiving, from a second wireless network element, a plurality of packet data units (PDUs) for a user equipment; transmitting the PDUs to the user equipment (UE); compiling a PDU delivery status report in response to the transmitting of the PDUs; and sending the compiled PDU delivery status report to the second wireless network element.
RESOURCE DETERMINATION METHOD AND APPARATUS, NODE AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A resource determination method and apparatus, a node and a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium are disclosed. The method may include: acquiring, by a first communication node, configuration information configured by a second communication node; and selecting, by the first communication node, a target resource among a plurality of pre-configured resources according to the configuration information, where the pre-configured resources are time and frequency domain resources configured by the second communication node.
System and method for recovery of data packets transmitted over an unreliable network
A system and method is provided that enables the recovery of data packets transmitted over an unreliable network. The system and method utilize an algorithm for transmitting the data packets with restoration of lost data during data transfer over UDP Protocol encrypted with DTLS Protocol. Advantageously, the algorithm does not require changes to data for either UDP or DTLS packets, but rather a separate, specifically designed packet is transmitted to the recipient to facilitate and ensure the recovery of any lost data packets over the unreliable network.
