ANOMALY DETERMINATION METHOD, ANOMALY DETERMINATION DEVICE, AND RECORDING MEDIUM
In an anomaly determination method for determining an anomaly in a received message, a plurality of messages which include messages that are periodic and each of which includes a first field having a fixed value and a second field having a variable value are each received as the received message, and one of a plurality of combinations to be used for determination each of which includes at least one of a plurality of anomaly determinations including an anomaly determination utilizing a reception timing based on the periodicity or the number of received messages, an anomaly determination utilizing the first field, and an anomaly determination utilizing the second field, is selected according to one or more criteria among available execution time of the anomaly determination method, a load amount, a data amount, and the number of messages.
DATA NETWORK HAVING AT LEAST THREE LINE BRANCHES, WHICH ARE CONNECTED TO ONE ANOTHER VIA COMMON STAR NODE AS WELL AS A MOTOR VEHICLE AND OPERATING METHOD FOR THE DATA NETWORK
A data network has at least three line branches connected via a common star node to distribute message signals from one of the line branches onto the other line branches, wherein connected to at least one of the line branches is at least one bus-user device is configured to generate in a corresponding transmit mode by a corresponding transmit unit at least one of the message signals, wherein in the corresponding bus-user device, the transmit unit has a current source circuit which, in generating the message signal (16), is configured to inject an electric current into electrical lines of the line branch to which the bus-user device is connected, and via the current source circuit the lines are connected to an internal impedance value of the current source circuit that in transmit mode is constantly greater than 10 times the value of the characteristic impedance, for example greater than 500 Ohms.
METHOD OF DISPLAYING COMMUNICATION STATE AND COMPUTER-READABLE RECORDING MEDIUM STORING COMMUNICATION STATE DISPLAYING PROGRAM
A method of displaying a communication state, the method comprising: obtaining, from a storage device, specification information and history information, the specification information being information indicating a specification of a communication performed in response to an occurrence of an event, the history information being information indicating a history of the communication performed in response to the occurrence of the event; identifying, from the specification information, first specification information corresponding to the communication performed at a relative time point separated from a start point set at an occurrence time point of the event; identifying, out of the history information, first history information corresponding to the communication performed at the relative time point; and outputting, to an output device, first correspondence information in which information indicating the communication corresponding to the first specification information and information on the communication corresponding to the first history information are associated with each other.
Method and control unit for configuring an addon interface
A method and control unit for configuring an add-on interface of a vehicle are presented. The vehicle comprises at least one vehicle internal system, at least one add-on system, the add-on system being arranged in the vehicle after the vehicle is produced by a manufacturer, and at least one internal communication unit arranged for communication with at least one vehicle external communication unit. The method comprises: receiving, using the at least one internal communication unit, configuration information related to at least one sensor of the vehicle from the at least one vehicle external communication unit; and configuring, based on the configuration information, how at least one sensor signal S.sub.sensor from the at least one sensor is to be processed by an add-on interface, the add-on interface being arranged in the vehicle as an interface between the at least one vehicle internal system and the at least one add-on system.
Vehicular control apparatus
A vehicular control apparatus is used in an onboard system provided with a plurality of information processors mutually connected via a communication bus, and includes a storage section for storing information, and an arithmetic section for executing a process based on the information stored in the storage section. The information contains first management information relating to a security abnormality as a communication data abnormality owing to security attack from outside the onboard system, and second management information relating to a safety abnormality as a communication data abnormality owing to an abnormality in the onboard system. The first management information contains first limit condition information indicating a first limit condition for executing a security coping with the security abnormality. The second management information contains second limit condition information indicating a second limit condition for executing a safety coping with the safety abnormality. Upon detection of the communication data abnormality in the onboard system, the arithmetic section determines a coping content to the detected communication data abnormality based on the first management information and the second management information.
Electronic control unit and electronic control system
In an electronic control unit, it is determine whether a data frame received from a different electronic control unit via a communication network is abnormal. A prediction data, which is predicted to be a normal data supposed to be included in the data frame determined to be abnormal, is generated by using a past data that is a data included in stored data frames, based on a stored prediction generation method. A prediction data frame including the prediction data is transmitted via the communication network.
Telematics system for identifying manufacturer-specific controller-area network data
Methods and systems for identifying manufacturer-specific controller-area (CAN) data for a vehicle type are provided. Manufacturer-specific CAN data may be identified by processing defined CAN data having a correlation relationship with the target data and undefined manufacturer-specific CAN data for determining if there is a correlation relationship therebetween. Also provided are methods and systems for identifying and automatically collecting manufacturer-specific CAN data for a vehicle type.
Vehicle information communication system
A vehicle information communication system includes a center apparatus and a vehicle apparatus that includes a group of electronic control units (ECUs) and that sends vehicle configuration information including configuration information on the group of ECUs mounted in the vehicle to the center apparatus via wireless communications. The center apparatus performs a first determination of whether the vehicle configuration information received from the vehicle apparatus matches approved-configuration information registered in an approved-configuration database, and performs a second determination of whether software update data for at least one ECU of the group of ECUs mounted in the vehicle exists in an update database. When both the first and second determinations are true, the center apparatus sends the software update data for at least one ECU of the group of ECUs mounted in the vehicle to the vehicle apparatus via the wireless communications.
HIGH-SPEED-WIRING-SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE
A wiring system for an automobile connecting a processor and a plurality of devices, using one or more backbone sections. The processor and devices are connected to one another to form a first loop and a second loop, such that data may be transmitted along the first loop and data may be transmitted along the second loop.
On-board communication system, switching device, verification method, and verification program
An on-vehicle communication system includes: a plurality of function units; and one or a plurality of switch devices, each switch device being configured to perform a relay process of relaying communication data between the function units. When unauthorized communication by a function unit has been detected, the switch device performs a validation process of validating a function unit other than an unauthorized-communication function unit that is the function unit for which the unauthorized communication has been detected.
