MULTIPLE PARALLEL WEBRTC ACCESSES TO IMS
It is provided a method, comprising monitoring, for each of plural attempts of a web identity to register for an internet protocol multimedia service, if the respective attempt is received; generating, for each of the plural attempts if the respective attempt is received, a respective private user identification based on the web identity and a respective distinguishing identifier, wherein probability that two of the private user identifications have a same value is less than a predefined limit; providing the respective private user identification in response to the respective attempt.
Secure identity transfer
A first request is received for a temporary alternate identifier for a user, wherein the user is identified within a service using a user service identifier, and wherein the temporary alternate identifier assists in transferring the user service identifier from the service to a resource. In response to the first request, the temporary alternate identifier is generated and associated with the user service identifier. The temporary alternate identifier is then provided the user, and the temporary alternate identifier is also provided by the user to the resource. A second request is received, from the resource, for an associated service identifier that is associated with the temporary alternate identifier. An indication is then provided, to the resource, that the user service identifier is the associated service identifier.
Methods and apparatus to perform network-based monitoring of media accesses
An example apparatus includes: at least one memory; instructions in the apparatus; and processor circuitry to execute the instructions to: determine whether a census impression record corresponds to a panelist impression record by: comparing a first internet protocol (IP) address of the panelist impression record with a second IP address of the census impression record; and comparing a first timestamp of the panelist impression record with a second timestamp of the census impression record; and send a comparison result to a computer of an audience measurement entity, the comparison result indicative of a match confirming the census impression record corresponds to the panelist impression record of the audience measurement entity.
INTERWORKING STAND-ALONE NON-PUBLIC NETWORK-IMS
Apparatuses and methods for interworking stand-alone NPN-IMS are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method implemented in a proxy-call session control function (P-CSCF) node includes receiving, from a non-public network, NPN, user equipment, UE, an Internet Protocol, IP, Multimedia Subsystem, IMS, registration request, the IMS registration request including an NPN identifier associated with the NPN UE; and as a result of receipt of the IMS registration request, at least one of obtaining and using an IMS identifier associated with the NPN identifier of the NPN UE to register the NPN UE in an IMS network. In one embodiment, a method implemented in a non-public network (NPN) user equipment (UE) includes sending an IMS registration request, the IMS registration request including an NPN identifier associated with the NPN UE and the IMS registration request being for an individual IMS registration of the UE.
Establishing a session initiation protocol session
The present disclosure describes methods and systems for establishing a Session Initiation Protocol Session. One method includes transmitting a first message requesting authentication configuration information; in response to the first message, receiving a second message that includes the authentication configuration information; transmitting a third message that includes authentication information based upon the received authentication configuration information; receiving an authentication challenge request that is formatted according to the second protocol; and in response to receiving the authentication challenge request, transmitting an authentication response to the second network node.
PROVISIONING THE HYPER-CONVERGED INFRASTRUCTURE BARE METAL SYSTEMS FROM THE TOP OF THE RACK SWITCH
Methods and devices for provisioning a hyper-converged infrastructure of bare metal systems are disclosed herein. Two fabric elements are configured in a master-slave arrangement to ensure high availability. ONIE capable fabric elements may be pre-installed with an operating system as firmware to run open network operating systems, such as Linux. The Linux operating system includes a KVM hypervisor to run virtual machines. An operating system of the virtual machines can access an external network by creating a bridge between switch management ports and a virtual network interface. New node elements may be added by connecting the network ports of the new node element to the fabric elements and booting the new node element in a network/PXE boot mode. The new node element obtains an IP address from a DHCP server and boots an image downloaded from a PXE server.
Downloadable ISIM
An IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) network contains at least one of (A) a discovery function (2) for providing ISIM (IP Multimedia Subscriber Identity Module) discovery information to the mobile device (1) and (B) a provisioning function (2, 5, 6) for providing, in response to a request from a mobile device, an ISIM to the mobile device (1). Where the IMS network contains the discovery function, the discovery function is adapted to provide ISIM discovery information to the mobile device, and where the IMS network contains the provisioning function, the provisioning function is adapted to provide an ISIM to the mobile device (1).
Method for registering at least one public address in an IMS network, and corresponding application
The invention relates, in particular, to a method for registering at least one public address in an IMS network including a terminal that interacts with a security element. According to the invention, the security element includes an application that invites the user of the terminal, upon the occurrence of an event, to enter a public address, selected by the user, via the man/machine interface of the terminal, the application transmitting the public address, accompanied by at least one identifier of the security element, to a remote network via the terminal such that the remote network associates the public address with the identifier.
METHODS AND APPARATUS TO PERFORM NETWORK-BASED MONITORING OF MEDIA ACCESSES
An example system includes: at least one memory; programmable circuitry; and instructions to cause the programmable circuitry to: obtain a public internet protocol (IP) address associated with a household and a timestamp in response to a census impression request indicating a media access on a first client device of the household; obtain a private IP address associated with the first client device; cause storing of the public IP address, the private IP address, and the timestamp in a panelist impression record in association with a panelist identifier, the panelist identifier corresponding to a panelist audience member, the panelist audience member enrolled in a panel of an audience measurement entity; send the census impression request to a census system; and send the panelist impression record to a meter collection system.
Method and apparatus for maintaining a registration for an emergency service
The invention relates to a session control entity, subscription entity, methods and computer programs for transmitting a request to terminate a registration of a user, determining if the user is registered for an emergency service, for maintaining the user registered for the emergency service, if based on the determination the user is registered for the emergency service, and transmitting an indication indicating that the user is registered for an emergency service if based on the determination the user is registered for the emergency service.
