METHOD FOR TRANSMITTING AND RECEIVING A MESSAGE INCLUDING AN ENCRYPTED IDENTIFIER OF THE TRANSMITTER DEVICE
In a digital communication system, using a symmetric key encryption protocol, the identifier of a transmitter included in a message transmitted to a receiver is encrypted. The identifier is divided into P parts, P being an integer number at least equal to two. The parts are ordered and associated, respectively, with ranks varying between one and P. For at least one part of rank greater than or equal to two, an encryption key is determined on the basis of the values of the parts of preceding rank and is encrypted with the encryption key thus determined. An encrypted identifier is then determined from the one or more encrypted parts thus obtained. The message to be transmitted is then formed from the encrypted identifier thus determined, and then transmitted to the receiver.
ELECTRONIC VOTING SYSTEM AND ELECTRONIC VOTING METHOD
The present invention relates to an electronic voting system and an electronic voting method. The system for electronic voting includes an operation computer including at least one processor and a memory coupled to the processor, wherein the processor causes the system to: perform user authentication of voting participants who wish to participate in the online electronic voting; anonymize information of the voting participants whose the user authentication has been completed; give unique identification information to each of the voting participants who have completed anonymization process; and collect the voting information that the electronic voting has been conducted using the unique identification information given to the voting participants, and count the collected voting information as voting results.
In-Vehicle Speech Interaction Method and Device
An in-vehicle speech interaction method and a device are provided. The method includes: obtaining user speech information; determining a user instruction based on the user speech information; determining, based on the user instruction, whether response content to the user instruction is privacy-related; and determining, based on whether the response content is privacy-related, whether to output the response content in a privacy protection mode, to protect privacy from being leaked.
DATA PROCESSING METHOD, APPARATUS, AND SYSTEM, DEVICE, AND MEDIUM
A data providing apparatus obtains first privacy data and second privacy data, encrypts the first privacy data by using an encryption algorithm to obtain a ciphertext of the first privacy data, and sends the ciphertext of the first privacy data and the second privacy data to a data processing apparatus. The data processing apparatus inputs the ciphertext of the first privacy data and the second privacy data into a ciphertext computation function to obtain a ciphertext of a data processing result. In this way, the first privacy data is used in computation in a ciphertext form, thereby ensuring security. In addition, the second privacy data is used in computation in a plaintext form, thereby reducing ciphertext input for the ciphertext computation function.
Method for issuing authorisation tickets in an intelligent transport system
The present application discloses a method of issuing pseudonymous authorisation tickets to nodes of a cooperative ITS, for signing messages, comprising: receiving a ticket request from a node in an authorisation server, and sending a validation request to an enrolment server, conducting a validity check in the enrolment server, and, when the validity check is passed, incrementing a counter value of a counter assigned to an account at an account server enrolled with the enrolment server for the requesting node, sending a validation message to the authorisation server, and issuing a pseudonymous authorisation ticket from the authorisation server to the requesting node, repeating the aforementioned steps until a predetermined charging period expires, and, upon expiry, sending, from the enrolment server to the authorisation server, said counter value, and sending a charging request calculated from said counter value from the authorisation server to the account server for charging said account.
METHOD FOR DERIVING A PARTIAL SIGNATURE WITH PARTIAL VERIFICATION
A method for deriving a partial signature for a subset of a set of messages. The method is implemented by a partial signature derivation entity and includes: receiving the set of messages and a signature of the set of messages, the signature including signature elements of the set of messages; deriving a first verification element calculated from the messages of the set other than those of the subset; deriving a second verification element to prove that the first verification element is formed correctly; and sending to a verification entity a partial signature specific to the subset, the partial signature including a constant number of elements having at least the elements of the signature of the set of messages, the first verification element and the second verification element, the partial signature being verifiable with only messages of the subset.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ANONYMOUS ACCESS CONTROL TO A COLLABORATIVE ANONYMIZATION PLATFORM
A device and a method implemented by computer for authorizing, to a user having access rights granted by a first operator, a completely anonymous and secure access, with no trusted third-party, to a collaborative anonymization platform and/or to a service requiring privacy properties based on such a platform operated by various operators.
DATA OBFUSCATION
The present invention relates to a computer-implemented method for obscuring sensitive data. The method comprises: acquiring, by a processor, image data; extracting, by the processor, structured data from the image data, the structured data being sensitive data and having a defined functional format and a defined visual format; generating, by the processor, artificial data that is different from the structured data, the artificial data having the same functional format as the structured data; generating, by the processor, artificial image data based on the image data in which the structured data is replaced with the artificial data, the artificial data being based on the visual format of the structured data; and outputting, by the processor, the artificial image data.
Key pair platform and system to manage federated trust networks in distributed advertising
Systems and methods are provided for object identifier translation using a key pairs platform in a virtualized or cloud-based computing system. A key pair refers to a pair of identifiers held by an entity. Each key pair includes at least one anonymized object identifier. Advantageously, the key pair system protects privacy and provides anonymity for objects by not disclosing the identity of the objects or the underlying data associated with the objects.
Method and apparatus for third-party managed data transference and corroboration via tokenization
A protocol that is managed by a coordinating network element or third-party intermediary or peer network elements and utilizes tokens prohibits any subset of a union of the coordinating network element or third-party intermediary, if any, and a proper subset of the processors involved in token generation from substantively accessing underlying data. By one approach, processors utilize uniquely-held secrets. By one approach, an audit capability involves a plurality of processors. By one approach, the protocol enables data transference and/or corroboration. By one approach, transferred data is hosted independently of the coordinating network element. By one approach, the coordinating network element or third-party intermediary or a second requesting network element is at least partially blinded from access to tokens submitted by a first requesting network element. By one approach, a third-party intermediary uses a single- or consortium-sourced database. By one approach, network elements provisioned with tokens jointly manage the protocol.
