The method which may be performed by a communication device comprises determining first correlation information in response to interference to data on a first subset of multiple antenna branches of the communication device. The first correlation information may indicate at least correlation between the data on the first subset of the multiple antenna branches and data on a second subset of the multiple antenna branches which is not affected by interference. The method further comprises correcting the data on the first subset of the multiple antenna branches, based at least in part on the first correlation information.
TRANSMIT SPUR DETECTION AND MITIGATION FOR WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS DEVICES
Systems, methods, and devices reduce and mitigate spurs that may occur in transmit waveforms of wireless communications devices. Methods include receiving a plurality of samples of a baseband transmission and generating, using a processing device, an estimated amplitude and an estimated phase of a spur component of the baseband transmission based on the received plurality of samples, the spur component being a spectral spike in a transmit waveform. Methods further include generating, using the processing device, a canceling signal configured to cancel the estimated amplitude and estimated phase of the spur component, and canceling the spur component of the baseband transmission by combining the canceling signal with a transmission of at least a portion of a data packet.
BP EQUALIZATION METHOD, DEVICE, COMMUNICATION APPARATUS AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A Belief Propagation (BP) equalization method and apparatus, a communication device and a storage medium are disclosed. The method may include: splitting a received signal Y.sub.c, a channel estimation H.sub.c and a symbol estimation X.sub.c into real parts and imaginary parts to obtain a received signal matrix Y, a channel estimation matrix H and a symbol estimation matrix X (S101); performing orthogonal triangular (QR) decomposition on the channel estimation matrix H to obtain an equivalent received signal Y.sub.bp, an equivalent channel R and a noise power σ.sup.2 (S102); and performing iteration based on the equivalent received signal Y.sub.bp, the equivalent channel R and the noise power σ.sup.2 to obtain a position probability of per stream symbol (S103).
Interference Cancellation Method, Apparatus, and System
In an embodiment an interference cancellation method includes generating, by a first device, a first packet, wherein the first packet comprises a first group of elements, a second group of elements, and user data, the first group of elements being different from the second group of elements and sending, by the first device, the first packet to a second device by using at least one pair of subcarriers, wherein two subcarriers in the at least one pair of subcarriers are symmetrical with respect to a direct current subcarrier, and wherein the first packet is usable by the second device to cancel interference in the user data based on the first group of elements and the second group of elements.
Soft-Decision Information Generation for Receiver
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a method, an apparatus and a computer readable storage medium for generating soft-decision information for a receiver. In example embodiments, a method is provided. The method includes receiving, at a first device, a signal from a second device, the signal corresponding to a group of symbols transmitted from the second device; determining, by performing Lattice Reduction linear detection on the signal, a first group of estimated symbols for the group of symbols; determining, by performing iterative interference cancellation on the first group of estimated symbols, a second group of estimated symbols for the group of symbols; and generating, based on the second group of estimated symbols, soft-decision information about the group of symbols for use by a decoder at the first device. Embodiments of the present disclosure can improve the receiver performance with reduced complexity.

The method includes determining, whether to transmit an additional reference signal to a base station in the communication system according to information on channel conditions of the terminal; transmitting a main reference signal to the base station, where the main reference signal is used for channel estimation between the terminal and the base station; and when determining to transmit an additional reference signal to the base station, transmitting an additional reference signal to the base station according to configuration information of the additional reference signal.
Data synchronization in optical networks and devices
Joint estimation of the framer index and the frequency offset in an optical communication system are described among various other features. A transmitter can transmit data frames using pilot and framer symbols. A receiver can estimate the framer index and frequency offset using the pilot and framer symbols, and identify the beginning of a header portion of a data frame. By identifying the beginning of the header portion of a data frame, the receiver can synchronize, with less error, the data transmitted by the transmitter and the data it received. To further improve the framer index estimation, a lock indicator signal can be generated to signal to other receiver components that the estimated framer indices are reliable. The receiver can determine frequency offset and additional framer index estimations with increased reliability when performed after the lock indicator signal is generated.
