COMMUNICATION METHOD AND APPARATUS
This application relates to the intelligent cockpit field and provides a communication method and apparatus, to reduce communication interference between devices. In this application, if priorities of one or more second devices are lower than a priority of a first device, the first device sends second information to the one or more second devices, where the second information includes a communication resource allocated by the first device to the one or more second devices and the priority of the first device. When the priorities of the one or more second devices are lower than the priority of the first device, the first device may allocate the communication resource to the one or more second devices. This can avoid communication interference between different communication domains that is caused by a conflict between communication resources, and improve communication performance of the devices.
System and methods to filter out noisy application signatures to improve precision of first packet classification
The systems and methods discussed herein provide for classifying CDN connections to the originating application on the first packet. In some implementations, the system identifies application connections established within a predetermined time period prior to the CDN connection and increments a value associated with these connections. The system classifies the CDN connection as corresponding to the application connection with the highest associated value, allowing routing of network traffic to take advantage of QoS benefits and reduce the need for deep packet inspection.
COMMUNICATION METHOD AND APPARATUS
A communication method and apparatus. A user plane network element perform refined differentiated processing on different data packets to adapt to and meet different user requirements and network conditions. A first user plane network element receives a first data packet, where the first data packet carries first indication information. The first user plane network element processes the first data packet based on the first indication information. The first indication information includes one or more of the following: synchronous transmission indication information, packet discard indication information, data type indication information, charging indication information, statistics indication information, or priority indication information.
UPLINK SIGNAL TRANSMITTING METHOD AND USER EQUIPMENT, AND UPLINK SIGNAL RECEIVING METHOD AND BASE STATION
The present invention provides a method and device for transmitting/receiving an uplink signal. When a user equipment of the present invention is configured by multiple cell groups and multiple pieces of uplink control information (UCI) to be transmitted by the user equipment in a subframe are generated, the user equipment separately transmits, to the multiple cell groups, the UCI one by one from the piece of UCI having the highest priority, and drops the pieces of UCI having lower priorities among the multiple pieces of UCI.
MULTI-THREADED FLUID PARAMETER SIGNAL PROCESSING
A data receiver thread is continuously executed to receive in which signals indicating a fluid parameter. A predetermined time quantity of the signals is repeatedly buffered. Upon completion of the buffering of each predetermined time quantity of the signals, a data processing thread is initiated that executes on the just completed buffered predetermined time quantity of signals. Upon completion of each data processing thread, data from the just completed data processing thread is passed to a data plotting thread. Results of the data plotting thread are displayed on a portable electronic device while the data receiver thread is being executed.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR DISTRIBUTIVE FLOW CONTROL AND BANDWIDTH MANAGEMENT IN A NETWORK
A method and system for distributive flow control and bandwidth management in networks is disclosed. The method includes: providing multiple Internet Protocol (IP) Gateways (IPGWs) that each have a maximum send rate and one or more sessions with associated throughput criteria, wherein each IPGW performs flow control by limiting information flows by the respective maximum send rate and throughput criteria; providing multiple Code Rate Organizers (CROs) that each have a bandwidth capacity, wherein each CRO performs bandwidth allocation of its respective bandwidth capacity to one or more IPGWs of the multiple IPGWs; interconnecting the multiple IPGWs with the multiple CROs; and performing bandwidth management across the multiple CROs and IPGWs. In the method, an IPGW of the multiple IPGWs provides flow control across a plurality of the CROs of the multiple CROs, and a CRO of the multiple CROs allocates bandwidth to a plurality of the IPGWs of the multiple IPGWs.
MULTIPLE-SPEED MESSAGE CHANNEL OF MESSAGING SYSTEM
Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for receiving from a plurality of publishers messages of a first channel of a plurality of distinct channels wherein each channel comprises an ordered plurality of messages, storing messages of the first channel in one or more first buffers according to the order, each first buffer having a respective time-to-live, for one or more connections, determining a respective sampling rate based on a data type of the first channel and a determined latency of the connection, receiving from a subscriber through a first connection a request for messages of the first channel, selecting messages in the first buffers according to the order and the sampling rate, and sending the selected messages using the first connection to the subscriber according to the order.
Methods of and devices for implementing and executing policy rules on a per application basis in a telecommunications system
Implementation of an application rule for an application to be accessed by a User Equipment, UE, in a user session in a Service Based Architecture, SBA, domain in a core network of a telecommunications system is disclosed. The SBA, among others, comprises a Policy Control Function, PCF (6), an Application Function, AF (5), and a Session Management Function, SMF (9). The method comprising the steps of receiving, by the PCF (6), an application rule comprising an AF Identifier, AF-ID, identifying the application rule, an Application Identifier, App-ID, identifying the application, and at least one service requirement for processing the application in the SBA domain. The PCF (6) instructing the SMF (9) to execute the at least one service requirement to all present and future user sessions pertaining to the respective application. Complementary methods of supporting the execution of the application rule and devices are also presented.
Method, device and system for the transmission of data from a data transmitter to a server
A method for the transmission of data from a data transmitter to a server by means of a cellular network using frequency sub-bands. A modem selects at least one sub-band from among the frequency sub-bands of the frequency plane, the transmitter obtains at least one frequency sub-band selected, the transmitter obtains information representing the quality of service of the connection between the transmitter and the server, the transmitter checks whether the information representing the quality is superior to or equal to a predetermined quality level, the transmitter notifies the modem of a prohibition of selection of at least one previously selected frequency sub-band if the information representing the quality of service of the connection between the transmitter and the server is inferior to the predetermined quality level.
Resource allocation method and apparatus
Various embodiments provide a resource allocation method and an apparatus. In those embodiments, a terminal device obtains a first parameter indicating a maximum service data volume to be provided by an access network device for a first service in a first time length; and determines, based on the maximum service data volume, a resource of a media access control protocol data unit MAC PDU, the resource being occupied by buffered data of the first service. In those embodiments, the terminal device determines, based on the maximum service data volume of the first service, the resource of the MAC PDU. Compared with a conventional method, the maximum service data volume of the first service is considered. This helps improve reasonableness of allocating the resource of the MAC PDU to the data of the first service.
