SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MULTI-AGENT CONVERSATIONS
A first input is received from a user input device. Based on the first input, a list of candidate intents is generated, and a plurality of agents is initialized. Each agent of the plurality of agents corresponds to a respective candidate intent. Each agent then provides a different response to the first input in accordance with its respective corresponding intent. A second input is then received that responds to one or more of the agents. Based on the agents to which the second input is responsive, the list of candidate intents is refined and, based on the refined list, one or more agents are deactivated.
Automatically detecting and storing digital data items associated with digital calendar items
A computer-implemented method comprises, obtaining a digital calendar item for an event, determining, that the event has begun, and in response to determining that the event has begun, accessing a location and determining which of the participants are present for the event, determining, during the event, that one participant shared a digital data item with the other participants or as part of the event, and in response to determining that the participant shared the digital data item, at least transiently storing a reference or link to the digital data item, determining that the event has ended, and in response to determining that the event has ended, updating the digital calendar item by adding the reference or link.

Email tracking
A method may include assigning, to a category, a current email in response to a removal of one or more recipients of the current email, such that the remaining recipients of the current email are part of a same user group. The current email may be a response to a previous email having one or more recipients who are not part of the same user group. Furthermore, a subsequent email responding to the current email and/or is similar to the current email may also be assigned to the same category. One or more actions may be performed based on the current email and the subsequent email being assigned to the category. The actions may be performed to prevent the current email and the subsequent email from being sent to a recipient who is not part of the same user group. Related systems and computer program products are also provided.

Methods and systems for directing communications
A method for improving communications in a digital collaboration environment by receiving a communication directed to a first user, determining that the first user is unavailable, in response to determining that the first user is unavailable, determining a second user based on an attribute, and notifying the second user about the communication directed to the first user.

MESSAGE PROCESSING METHOD AND APPARATUS
The present disclosure provides a message processing method and apparatus. The method includes: obtaining, by a computing terminal associated with the social-network application, a message-reception threshold of a group, the computing terminal including a memory and at least a processor coupled to the memory; obtaining, by the computing terminal, group behavior information of the group, the group behavior information including at least a number of messages received by the group over a preset time duration; and setting, by the computing terminal, the group to a do-not-disturb mode when the number of messages received by the group over the preset time duration exceeds the message-reception threshold, so as to stop sending notification in real time for any new message received by the group.
VOICE CHAT MODE SELF-ADAPTING METHOD AND APPARATUS
A voice-chat-mode self-adapting method includes: receiving a voice chat request sent by a source client on a chat interface for a voice chat with a corresponding destination client, the voice chat request including information about the corresponding destination client on the chat interface; determining whether the destination client of the voice chat request is online; when the destination client is not online, entering a voice message mode such that the source client records a voice message and sends the voice message to the destination client; when the destination client is online, entering a real-time chat mode such that the source client and the destination client perform real-time voice chat; checking in real-time an online/offline state of each client in the voice chat; and performing automatic switching between the voice message mode and the real-time chat mode according to the online/offline state of each client in the voice chat.
System and method for facilitating user interaction with a virtual space through a graphical chat interface
A system and method for facilitating user interactions with a virtual space through a graphical chat interface is disclosed. One or more potential inputs to the virtual space and/or virtual space status information may be determined dynamically for a user participating in a chat session through a graphical chat interface. An activity notification may be generated for the user based one the determined potential inputs and/or the virtual space status information. The generated activity notification may comprise graphical representation for the notification and as well as representation information for one or more controls facilitating the user to provide inputs requested by the activity notification through the graphical chat interface. User acceptance to the activity notification via the graphical chat interface may be received. One or more activity commands may be generated based on the received user acceptance and executed in the virtual space.
