A system is provided for displaying information related to a task in a chronological chat format. The system may include a memory, a processor configured to execute instructions stored within the memory, a network interface communicatively coupled to a network, a task database having records for a plurality of tasks, and a display that allows selection of a task record from the plurality of tasks. The display displays chat information obtained from the task record along with task-related data, such as customer data, received over the network interface in real time. The display may also allow selection of other individuals related to the task to participate in a chat session. The task-related data includes both textual data and attached file information.

Methods, systems, and media for presenting contextually relevant information are provided. In some implementations, the method includes: receiving information associated with a user of a user device from multiple data sources, where the user device comprises a display; identifying, without user intervention, a relevant document based on the received information associated with the user of the user device; determining that a new browser window or a new browser tab has been opened by a browser application being executed by the user device; and causing, without user intervention, the relevant document to be presented using the new browser window or new browser tab.

Methods, systems, and media for presenting contextually relevant information are provided. The information processing apparatus includes a receiving unit that receives a reading setting based on an instruction from a user and a transmission unit that transmits the received reading setting to the image processing apparatus. The image processing apparatus includes a reading unit that reads an image of a document and generates image data, a reception unit that receives the transmitted reading setting, a registration unit that registers an object associated with the received reading setting, a display unit that displays the registered object, and a control unit that, based on satisfaction of a predetermined condition without the instruction from the user, controls the display unit not to display the object.

A system includes an information processing apparatus that provides a chat service and an image processing apparatus. The information processing apparatus includes a receiving unit that receives a reading setting based on an instruction from a user and a transmission unit that transmits the received reading setting to the image processing apparatus. One variation of a method includes: intercepting an inbound email received from a sender at an inbound email address and addressed to a recipient within an organization; accessing a keyword list comprising a set of keywords associated with inauthentic email attempts; and, in response to identifying a first word, in a set of words contained in the inbound email, in the set of keywords, scanning the first inbound email for presence of external content linked to the first inbound email. In response to detecting a link to an external document within the first inbound email, the method further includes: accessing a whitelist comprising a set of verified email addresses associated with authentic email attempts within the organization; and, in response to the set of verified email addresses omitting the inbound email address, withholding transmission of the inbound email to the target recipient and flagging the inbound email for authentication.

A system and method for facilitating secure transfer of encrypted files and/or messages can facilitate the secure transfer of encrypted files to a receiving user. The system can include: a computer program for facilitating sending of an e-mail message to a receiving user, the e-mail message including at least a web address of a trusted provider and instructions about how to securely download encrypted files without the receiving user setting up an account or a password, the transfer of encrypted files being facilitated by a code sent to a telephone of the receiving user.

A system and method for facilitating secure transfer of encrypted files and/or messages can facilitate the secure transfer of encrypted files to a receiving user. The system can include: a computer program for facilitating sending of an e-mail message to a receiving user, the e-mail message including at least a web address of a trusted provider and instructions about how to securely download encrypted files without the receiving user setting up an account or a password, the transfer of encrypted files being facilitated by a code sent to a telephone of the receiving user.

Examples of the present disclosure describe systems and methods for automatically assisting conversations using a graph database. In order to minimize misunderstanding of words and phrases used by participants during a conversation, phrases from the conversation may be received by conversation assistance application as the conversation takes place. Entities may be extracted from the phrase based on natural language recognition according to a domain context of the participant being assisted. One or more tags may be looked up from a graph database, and may be provided to the participant as a list of hashtags related to the conversation. Links to documents may be extracted based on the tags for the participant for viewing during the conversation.
