A system, device and method for secure message thread communication is provided. The device comprises a communication interface; a display device; and, a controller configured to: generate, at the display device, a plurality of message threads, the plurality of message threads associated with different incident reports; receive multimedia data for transmission in a first message thread of the plurality of message threads; compare the multimedia data with data from the different incident reports; and when an association is determined between the multimedia data and respective data from an incident report associated with a second message thread, of the plurality of message threads: transmit, using the communication interface, the multimedia data in the second message thread, and not the first message thread.

A system, device and method for secure message thread communication is provided. The device comprises a communication interface; a display device; and, a controller configured to: generate, at the display device, a plurality of message threads, the plurality of message threads associated with different incident reports; receive multimedia data for transmission in a first message thread of the plurality of message threads; compare the multimedia data with data from the different incident reports; and when an association is determined between the multimedia data and respective data from an incident report associated with a second message thread, of the plurality of message threads: transmit, using the communication interface, the multimedia data in the second message thread, and not the first message thread.

In an example information search method, if a first terminal performs a first search based on a first keyword, and does not obtain a result, the first terminal generates a request for performing a second search, and sends, to a network device, the request for performing the second search. The network device sends a second request to a second terminal. The second terminal performs the second search based on the first keyword, obtains a second search result, and sends the second search result to the first terminal. Through this technique, it can be effectively ensured that a user finds a search result corresponding to the first keyword, and that user privacy is also ensured.

In an example information search method, if a first terminal performs a first search based on a first keyword, and does not obtain a result, the first terminal generates a request for performing a second search, and sends, to a network device, the request for performing the second search. The network device sends a second request to a second terminal. The second terminal performs the second search based on the first keyword, obtains a second search result, and sends the second search result to the first terminal. Through this technique, it can be effectively ensured that a user finds a search result corresponding to the first keyword, and that user privacy is also ensured.

A computer-implemented method for resolving date ambiguities in electronic communication documents includes identifying, within the documents, date field values each associated with a different instance of a communication segment. The method also includes resolving a candidate date for each different communication segment instance, with each candidate date being associated with a respective priority level indicative of a level of certainty with which the candidate date was resolved, and determining a final date from among the candidate dates at least by comparing the respective priority levels. The method further includes determining, based on the final date, an ordered relationship between the electronic communication documents, and storing metadata indicating the ordered relationship between the electronic communication documents.

The present disclosure describes techniques of processing bullet comments. The techniques comprise obtaining a page of playing a video to output a video stream; obtaining a plurality of pieces of bullet comment data associated with the video stream; and performing an i.sup.th bullet comment processing operation comprising adjusting operation indication information to a first piece of indication information; traversing the plurality of pieces of bullet comment data and determining whether the plurality of bullet comment data comprise a piece of bullet comment data in a to-be-posted state; performing a processing operation on the piece of bullet comment data in the to-be-posted state; in response to determining that the processing operation on the piece of bullet comment data in the to-be-posted state has been completed, adjusting the operation indication information to a second piece of indication information. In the present application, the operation indication information is configured to perform or block an operation subsequent to a bullet comment processing operation.

The present disclosure describes techniques of processing bullet comments. The techniques comprise obtaining a page of playing a video to output a video stream; obtaining a plurality of pieces of bullet comment data associated with the video stream; and performing an i.sup.th bullet comment processing operation comprising adjusting operation indication information to a first piece of indication information; traversing the plurality of pieces of bullet comment data and determining whether the plurality of bullet comment data comprise a piece of bullet comment data in a to-be-posted state; performing a processing operation on the piece of bullet comment data in the to-be-posted state; in response to determining that the processing operation on the piece of bullet comment data in the to-be-posted state has been completed, adjusting the operation indication information to a second piece of indication information. In the present application, the operation indication information is configured to perform or block an operation subsequent to a bullet comment processing operation.

A communication management system manages the exchange of messages between devices using different communication networks and/or protocols. A sender device may transmit a message (e.g., a short message service “SMS” message) to a destination associated with a traditional “landline” phone number. The message may be delivered over a traditional landline phone network. The communication management system can receive the message via the phone network, process the message, and provide the message to one or more electronic devices over a packet switched network, such as a local area network or the Internet. The electronic devices may use chat-based application software to process and display the message, provide robust message handline functionality, and facilitate responses to the message.

Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, a method in which a processing system collects information associated with trouble tickets each including a problem abstract and a log text. The method includes analyzing the log text to obtain a problem resolution for that ticket; defining ticket clusters according to the problem abstracts, and labeling the clusters. The processing system creates a library of the labeled clusters, each entry including a cluster label, a problem abstract for that cluster, and a resolution summary for that problem abstract, indicating a mapping of the problem abstract to the resolution summary for that cluster. The method includes training, based on the mapping, machine-learning applications for a predicted resolution summary for each cluster and for classifying a new ticket. The method includes assigning the new ticket to a cluster according to the classifying. Other embodiments are disclosed.
