VISUALIZATION OF CHAT TASK RECORD, LINKING MESSAGING, AND RECORD KEEPING
A system is provided for displaying information related to a task in a chronological chat format. The system may include a memory, a processor configured to execute instructions stored within the memory, a network interface communicatively coupled to a network, a task database having records for a plurality of tasks, and a display that allows selection of a task record from the plurality of tasks. The display displays chat information obtained from the task record along with task-related data, such as customer data, received over the network interface in real time. The display may also allow selection of other individuals related to the task to participate in a chat session. The task-related data includes both textual data and attached file information.

TELECOMMUNICATION AND MULTIMEDIA MANAGEMENT METHOD AND APPARATUS
A telecommunication and multimedia management apparatus and method that supports voice and other media communications and that enables users to: (i) participate in multiple conversation modes, including live phone calls, conference calls, instant voice messaging or tactical communications; (ii) review the messages of conversations in either a live mode or a time-shifted mode and to seamlessly transition back and forth between the two modes; (iii) participate in multiple conversations either concurrently or simultaneously; (iv) archive the messages of conversations for later review or processing; and (v) persistently store media either created or received on the communication devices of users. The latter feature enables users to generate or review media when either disconnected from the network or network conditions are poor and to optimize the delivery of media over the network based on network conditions and the intention of the users participating in conversations.
SENDING OR RECEIVING A MESSAGE WITH A SUBJECT IN A MESSAGING APPLICATION
A system and method for sending and receiving messages with a ‘subject’ in a structured messaging application; thereby achieving the objective of presenting the messages within the message folders for the users to easily classify the messages based on the ‘subject’. The ‘message subject module’ configured in association with a structured messaging application for searching the existing ‘subject’s in an alphabetically arranged database or allowing the user to use the existing ‘subject’ or create a new ‘subject’ while sending a new message. The ‘message subject module’ enables a user to send a message with a ‘subject’ to another individual user or group. It enables the receivers to get the message with a ‘subject’. It also gives options for the group members to initiate a conversation under the single ‘subject’ for everyone to understand the topic of discussion without any confusion.

EVOLUTION OF TOPICS IN A MESSAGING SYSTEM
Systems and methods for determining how topics evolve in a messaging system extract at least one N-gram from data content (e.g., caption of messages) in the messaging system and detect anomalous behavior in N-gram frequencies over time. The anomalous behavior is used to select candidate N-grams for a determination of whether a topic of a candidate N-gram is evolving or fading. The candidate N-grams are clustered into cluster groups that are used to train at least one time series forecasting model to predict N-gram frequencies in a future time window. A time series of the N-gram frequency is divided into old and recent partitions and pattern recognition is applied to the predicted N-gram frequencies to identify an evolving or fading topic when the difference between a frequency of each anomaly and an average rolling median for each partition is greater for the most recent partition.
System And Method For Creating An Intelligent Memory And Providing Contextual Intelligent Recommendations
A system and a method creating an intelligent memory and providing contextual intelligent recommendations is provided. The invention provides extracting electronic communications data associated with active user data. Further, the invention provides performing a keyword tagging operation on conversation data present in the extracted electronic communications data based on a pre-generated keywords map. The invention provides generating a multi-relational model representative of conversation data associated with the electronic communications data in the form of graph nodes based on the keywords stored as the first tag and the second tag. The invention provides transmitting one or more electronic Recommendation Action Communication (RAC) with embedded application program interface calls based on the multi-relational model, the embedded application program interface calls enabling actions to be taken on information units via a single click.

INTELLIGENT SORTING OF TIME SERIES DATA FOR IMPROVED CONTEXTUAL MESSAGING
Systems for intelligent sorting of time series data for improved contextual messaging are included herein. An intelligent sorting server may receive time series data comprising a plurality of chat messages. The intelligent sorting server may determine a first order of the plurality of chat messages based on a chronologic order. The intelligent sorting server may use one or more machine learning classifiers to identify candidates for reordering the chat messages. The intelligent sorting server may generate a second order of the chat messages based on the identified candidates for reordering. Accordingly, the intelligent sorting server may present, to a client device, a transcript of the chat messages associated with the second order and an indication that at least one chat message has been repositioned.
Event producer system of a messaging platform for delivering real-time messages
This disclosure relates to streaming real-time messages over time to client applications according to query subscriptions that match content from a large stream of messages exchanged on a messaging platform in a manner that increases the speed of message delivery, effectively controls the management of computer resources to handle the fluctuation of the number of active query subscriptions, and/or increases the security of matching the query subscriptions against messages generated from the perspective of the authors while delivering those messages in real-time from the perspective of the users that initiated the query subscriptions.
