A system and method are provided for providing advisory notifications to mobile applications. The method includes interfacing the server device with at least one endpoint within an enterprise system and storing a model trained by a machine learning engine to automatically determine advisory notifications relevant to client data sets stored by the endpoint(s) and/or the at least one endpoint. The method also includes determining a current state of a client account, using the model to determine an advisory notification for the client account based on the current state, referring to a set of rules to determine when to provide the advisory notification in the mobile application, and in what portion of the mobile application to display the notification; and sending the advisory notification via the communications module to a client device to display the advisory notification in the mobile application.

An Internet of Things (IoT) system is provided. The IoT system includes a plurality of terminal devices, a cloud device, and a human machine interface device. The cloud device is communicatively connected to the terminal devices. The human-machine interface device is communicatively connected to the cloud device via a plurality of first communication channels, and is used for determining a subscription sequence according to a piece of priority information of a plurality of control commands. The human-machine interface device schedules and dynamically subscribes to the first communication channels according to the subscription sequence, so as to transmit the control commands to the cloud device through different first communication channels according to the subscription sequence, so that the cloud device transmits the control commands to the corresponding terminal devices.

The present disclosure is related to automatically, based on contextual information and without needing explicit input from a user, modifying one or more settings associated with presenting a notification. In examples, settings may include automatically suspending notification presentation or automatically overriding a notification setting that suspends notification presentation. In addition, contextual information may include, among other things, information related to a computing device (e.g., device location or network signal strength), a rate of user interaction or engagement with an application (e.g., rate of information sharing, user reactions, etc.), and/or a calendar or schedule of a user. In examples, the contextual information may be analyzed (e.g., based on comparison to a threshold) to determine whether a condition is met, and based on the analysis, the one or more settings may be modified.

A system includes an information processing apparatus that provides a chat service and an image processing apparatus. The information processing apparatus includes a receiving unit that receives a reading setting based on an instruction from a user and a transmission unit that transmits the received reading setting to the image processing apparatus. One or more embodiments of the disclosure provide systems and methods for providing media presentations to users of a media presentation system. A media presentation generally includes a plurality of media segments provided by multiple users of the media presentation system. In one or more embodiments, a user of the media presentation system may share a media presentation with a co-user. The media presentation system can provide a number of features to assist a user in sharing, filtering, and accessing media presentations.

The method may include automatically determining that an event of the computing system corresponding to activity of an end user is anomalous. Based on the anomalous event, a permission store of the computing system may automatically be edited to include an access restriction on the end user, and a notification may be automatically generated and transmitted to one or both of the end user and another end user. The notification may provide access to an executable statement including code configured to be executed to remove the access restriction. A call to the executable statement by the other end user may be automatically received. Further, the permission store may be automatically edited to remove the access restriction on the end user.

Methods, systems, and media for sending a message about a new video to a group of related users are provided. In accordance with some embodiments, the method comprises: determining that a new video associated with a content creator has been uploaded to a video sharing service; identifying a group of candidate users to receive a message indicating that the new video is available; identifying a sub-group of users within the group of candidate users based on relationships of users within the group to each other; determining a time to send the message; transmitting the message to the sub-group of users at the determined time; determining that the message has been selected by a user device associated with a user of the sub-group of users; and causing the new video to be presented in a user interface including a communication interface associated with the sub-group of users on the user device.

Methods, systems, and media for sending a message about a new video to a group of related users are provided.
