SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MATCHING ELECTRONIC ACTIVITIES WITH RECORD OBJECTS BASED ON ENTITY RELATIONSHIPS

The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for matching electronic activities with record objects based on entity relationships. The method can include accessing a plurality of electronic activities, identifying an electronic activity, identifying a first participant associated with a first entity and a second participant associated with a second entity, determining whether a record object identifier is included in the electronic activity, identifying a first record object of the system of record that includes an instance of the record object identifier, and storing an association between the electronic activity and the first record object. The method can include determining a second record object corresponding to the second entity, identifying, using a matching policy, a third record object linked to the second record object and identifying a third entity, and storing, by the one or more processors, an association between the electronic activity and the third record object.

MAP-BASED GRAPHICAL USER INTERFACE FOR MULTI-TYPE SOCIAL MEDIA GALLERIES

A social media platform provides a map-based graphical user interface (GUI) with multiple geographically anchored icons that are selectable to trigger playback of respective galleries of ephemeral messages. Each of the plurality of location-based ephemeral galleries comprises media content contributed by multiple different users. The ephemeral galleries are compiled based on geotag data associated with respective ephemeral messages submitted by multiple users to be publicly viewable via the map-based GUI. Two or more different types of galleries are represented in the map-based GUI by different, visually distinct types of gallery icon.

SERVICE PROCESSING METHOD AND DEVICE
20230050949 · 2023-02-16 ·

Embodiments of this application provide a service processing method and a device. The solution is as follows: A first device generates a first unified identity, where the first unified identity is used by the first device to request first service content of a target service from a service server, and the first service content is used to generate or update historical service information corresponding to the first unified identity. The first device sends the first unified identity to a second device after establishing a short-range wireless connection to the second device, where the first unified identity is further used by the second device to request second service content of the target service from the service server, the second service content is determined based on the historical service information, and the second service content is continuous with the first service content.

OPERATIONS PRODUCTIVITY SOFTWARE SYSTEM, SERVER AND METHOD
20230048011 · 2023-02-16 ·

Disclosed are systems, servers and methods for a multi-tenant framework that manages and controls operations of software as a service (SaaS) applications and services, and the data and metadata (e.g., files) created, updated and interacted with therefrom. The disclosed framework provides a centralized approach to managing the entitlement and provisioning of SaaS applications on client devices across a variety of channels on a network. The disclosed SaaS framework is configured for management, control, deployment and synchronization between devices, applications, systems and platforms both on-premises (on-prem or local devices/storage) and/or hosted on a network (e.g., a cloud platform, service or platform).

Web page spectroscopy

Facilitating web page spectroscopy in a communications network is provided herein. A system can comprise a processor and a memory that stores executable instructions that, when executed by the processor, facilitate performance of operations. The operations can comprise receiving first data that describes a first communication packet flow and second data that describes a second communication packet flow. The operations can also comprise training a model based on the first data and the second data, as a result of which the model is trained to detect respective behaviors represented by the first data and the second. Further, the operations can comprise extracting a common parameter from third data that describes a third communication packet flow and fourth data that describes a fourth communication packet flow based on the model.

Network security tool

A system includes a memory, a survey engine, and a reporting engine. The memory stores identifying information of a plurality of users. The survey engine determines a question to present to each user of the plurality of users and determines an interval for each user of the plurality of users. The determined interval for a first user of the plurality of users is different from the determined interval for a second user of the plurality of users. For each user, the survey engine communicates to that user, based on the stored identifying information, the determined question for that user according to the determined interval for that user and receives a response from each user of the plurality of users. The reporting engine generates a report based on the received response from the plurality of users.

Methods and apparatus to determine impressions using distributed demographic information

An example apparatus includes: at least one memory; instructions in the apparatus; and processor circuitry to execute the instructions to: access a cookie at a client device, the cookie including a priority listing indicative of an order in which beacon requests are to be sent to ones of a plurality of database proprietors; cause a first beacon request to be sent to a first database proprietor server, the first database proprietor server corresponding to a highest priority in the priority listing of the cookie, the first beacon request indicative of access to media at the client device; and cause a second beacon request to be sent to a second database proprietor server, the second database proprietor server corresponding to a lower priority than the highest priority in the priority listing of the cookie, the second beacon request indicative of the access to the media at the client device.

Dynamic scheduling system for planned service requests

A computer system receives user data from a computing device of a user and determines that the user will utilize a transport service to arrive at a destination location at a specified time. The computer system automatically triggers, without user input, a service request for the user by monitoring transport provider availability within a proximity of a current location of the user prior to the specified time, and determines a service request time for the user based on the transport provider availability. The computer system then generates the service request for the scheduled user event based on the service request time.

Personalized chatbots for inmates

A communication system for providing a positive communication to an inmate is provided. The communication system includes memory that stores data, and an application server that analyzes data to determine topics that are important to the inmate. The application server includes a topic rating system to rate the topics based on importance to the inmate and based on an emotional tone used by the inmate during a communication. When the application server receives a question from the inmate, the application server searches the data and the Internet and responds based on the answer and the data stored in memory. The application server also provides support to the inmate by suggesting counseling services according to the needs of the inmate. Further, the communication system provides a positive influence to the inmate to encourage educational progression.

Real-time content integration based on machine learned selections

A content integration system is configured to rapidly select online content for distribution in response to a user-generated request. The content integration system can analyze available online content items and data describing the user to generate one or more numerical likelihoods estimating how the user will interact with each of the given online content items. The highest scoring content can be selected and transmitted to the user without a noticeable delay.
