This application provides an audio output method and a terminal device. The method helps to reduce the operation complexity of a user, improve a degree of intelligence of the terminal device, and finally improve the user experience. The method includes that: a second terminal device may send an audio output request to a first terminal device, and a user may operate the first terminal device or an audio output device connected to the first terminal device, to trigger the second terminal device to obtain audio data corresponding to the audio output request. When the audio output device is a wireless audio output device, the second terminal device may establish a communication link with the wireless audio output device, to control the wireless audio output device to output a first audio signal corresponding to the audio data; and when the audio output device is a wired audio output device, the first terminal device may obtain audio data from the second terminal device, to control the audio output device connected to the first terminal device to output a first audio signal corresponding to the audio data.

The method may further include executing the compiled set of code, wherein a default file of the compiled set of code provides a native communication interface overlay, wherein the native communication interface overlay is overlaid over a graphical interface of the native application, and wherein the native communication interface overlay allows communication with a resource of a third-party. The method may further include executing the received customization file, wherein executing the received customization file customizes the compiled set of code, and wherein the customized compiled set of code customizes the native communication interface overlay to provide a customized communication interface overlay.

The system includes a communication interface configured to be paired with multiple mobile devices while maintaining concurrent communication with the multiple mobile devices. A controller is configured to connect a microphone and a speaker to the first mobile device via the communication interface to transmit and receive audio in a hands-free mode in response to detecting the first call at the first mobile device. The controller is configured to output a first prompt for selection of whether to continue the first call through the communication interface in the hands-free mode in response to detecting the second call at the second mobile device. The controller is configured to disconnect the microphone and the speaker from the first mobile device in response to receiving a first input indicating a selection of exiting the hands-free mode for the first call.
