Mobile Terminal, Vapor Chamber and Preparation Method Thereof, and Electronic Device
A vapor chamber and a mobile terminal are provided. The vapor chamber comprises a first cover plate, a second cover plate, a housing including the first cover plate and the second cover plate, wherein the first cover plate and the second cover plate are connected to form a sealed cavity, a cooling medium, a capillary structure disposed in the sealed cavity, and a supporting structure extending from an inner surface of the housing to an internal space of the housing. A material of the first cover plate and the second cover plate is a high-strength composite material, wherein the high-strength composite material comprises a first material layer and a second material layer. The vapor chamber has light weight, small thickness and structural strength.
Handheld electronic device
A portable electronic device includes a housing, a display at least partially within the housing, a front cover coupled to the housing and positioned over the display, a rear cover coupled to the housing and defining a first portion of a rear exterior surface of the portable electronic device, a protrusion defining a sensor array region of the rear cover and a second portion of the rear exterior surface, and an internal surface opposite the second portion of the rear exterior surface. The portable electronic device also includes a sensor array mounted within the housing along the sensor array region and comprising a frame member coupled to the rear cover along the internal surface and defining a wall structure defining a first container region and a second container region, a camera module positioned in the first container region, and a depth sensor module positioned in the second container region and attached to the internal surface of the rear cover.
Displaying a unified desktop across connected devices
Embodiments provide for a handheld device with a unified desktop for integrating the functionality of the handheld device with a larger computer system. When connected to a peripheral display and/or a display of the larger computer system, the handheld device provides a unified desktop displayed across the screen(s) of the handheld device and the peripheral display. The unified desktop unifies the functionality provided by the larger computer system and the handheld functionality, e.g., communication applications (e.g., phone, SMS, MMS). A user can seamlessly interact with applications, e.g., open, move, close, receive notifications, on the unified desktop whether the applications are displayed on the screens of the handheld device, or the peripheral display of the larger computer system.
Device configuration-based thermal management control
Cooling of an electronic device that includes a first portion and a second portion is provided. The first portion and the second portion are rotatable relative to each other. A first sensor measures a first temperature at a first location within or on the electronic device continuously or intermittently. A second sensor measures a second temperature at a second location within or on the electronic device continuously or intermittently. A processor identifies a first state of the electronic device or a second state of the electronic device. The processor controls operation of the electronic device based on the first measured temperature and the second measured temperature when the electronic device is in the identified first state and controls the operation of the electronic device based on the first measured temperatures but not based on the second measured temperatures when the electronic device is in the identified second state.
Handheld electronic device
A portable electronic device includes a housing member. The portable electronic device also includes a front cover coupled to the housing member and defining a top surface defining a portion of an exterior front surface of the portable electronic device, a bottom surface opposite the top surface, a peripheral side surface, and a chamfered edge extending from the bottom surface to the peripheral side surface. The portable electronic device further includes a display stack attached to the bottom surface of the front cover, an opaque coating positioned on at least a portion of each of the peripheral side surface, the chamfered edge, and the bottom surface and configured to absorb light emitted by the display stack, and a rear cover coupled to the housing member and defining a second portion of the exterior rear surface of the portable electronic device.
Managing Call Sessions in Multi-Display Systems
Techniques for managing call sessions in multi-display systems are described. For instance, the described techniques can be implemented to manage media content in the context of a client device that includes two or more housings attached via a hinge region such that the housings are pivotable relative to one another. The described techniques, for example, enable dynamic configuration of output of call sessions based on changes in user position relative to a client device.
FOLDABLE ELECTRONIC DEIVCE WITH MULTI-STEP ADJUSTING BRACKET
A foldable electronic apparatus with an adjusting bracket includes a first body having a rail and steps disposed along the rail, a second body pivotally connected to the first body to pivot and be unfolded and folded relative thereto, a first supporting member having first and second ends opposite to each other, and a second supporting member having third end and fourth ends opposite to each other. The first end is pivotally connected to the first body. The second end is pivotally connected to the second supporting member and located between the third and fourth ends. The third end is movably coupled to the rail. The first and second supporting members and the second body form a linkage mechanism, so the first and second supporting members pivot relative to the first body. The steps limit the third end to generate a unique moving path on the rail.
Connecting system of multi-section housing and electronic device provided with that connecting system
A connecting system of a multi-section housing provided at one end face of a first and second housing superposed with their display surfaces at the outsides, comprising: a first shaft vertical to superposed surfaces of first and second housing; and a second shaft perpendicular to the first shaft, wherein if a center line of the first shaft is arranged on a line bisecting the end face to the left and right and the center line of the second shaft is arranged on the superposed surfaces of the first and second housing, the first shaft can be used to allow the second housing superposed over the first housing to be rotated by 180 degrees and, in this state, the first housing can be made to rotate by the second shaft by 180 degrees so as to arrange the display surfaces of the first and second housings on the same plane.
Gallery picker service
Methods and devices for selectively presenting a user interface in a dual screen device. More particularly, the method includes providing a gallery for the dual screen device. The gallery can present one or more images in a user interface. The gallery user interface can adapt to changes in the device configuration. Further, the gallery can display images or videos in the various configurations.
FLEXIBLE ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND BENDABLE APPARATUS THEREOF
A bendable apparatus and a flexible electronic device ire provided. The bendable apparatus comprises a bendable front member, and a bendable back member including a connection portion and a support portion. The connection portion has a higher degree of deformability relative to the support portion. Side edges of the back member are attached to side edges of the front member to form an electronic component holding chamber. In response to a bending force being exerted on the apparatus, the connection portion is deformed by the support portion and at least a portion of the connection portion is forced to outside the electronic component holding chamber.
