A distributed voice applications system includes a voice applications rendering agent and at least one voice applications agent that is configured to provide voice applications to an individual user. A management system may control and direct the voice applications rendering agent to create voice applications that are personalized for individual users based on user characteristics, information about the environment in which the voice applications will be performed, prior user interactions and other information. The voice applications agent and components of customized voice applications may be resident on a local user device which includes a voice browser and speech recognition capabilities. The local device, voice applications rendering agent and management system may be interconnected via a communications network.

A method may include capturing a measurement image of a measured object within an observation region of a camera of the device, displaying a light-emitted image on a screen of the device, causing the screen to successively display multiple illumination images of a predefined illumination image sequence, and causing the screen of the device to display one or more of the illumination images of the predefined illumination images. The predefined illumination image sequence is set via a user interface of the device and a selection between different predefined illumination image sequences is rendered using the user interface. A control unit is configured to select a predefined illumination image sequence between several stored predefined illumination image sequences in dependence on a selection of the measured object of interest and/or a characteristic of interest.

One or more location-based clients can be activated on a mobile device for providing location-based services. The location-based clients can be provided with information (e.g., presets, defaults) related to the current location and/or mode of the mobile device. The information can be obtained from one or more network resources. In some implementations, a location-based client can concurrently display map and vehicle information related to a location of the mobile device.

A file processing method includes obtaining a first operation from a user, displaying a first file on a first screen of a first application, obtaining a second operation from the user on the first screen, displaying, in response to the second operation, the first file on a recycle bin screen of the first application, deleting, by the mobile terminal, a first data table, where the first file is invisible to the user on the recycle bin screen of the first application due to deletion of the first data table, obtaining a third operation from the user, and generating, in response to the third operation, a second data table, where the first file is visible to the user on the recycle bin screen of the first application due to existence of the second data table.

A file processing method includes obtaining, by a mobile terminal, a first operation from a user, displaying a first file on a first screen of a first application, obtaining, by the mobile terminal, a second operation from the user on the first screen, displaying, in response to the second operation, the first file on a recycle bin screen of the first application, deleting, by the mobile terminal, a first data table, where the first file is invisible to the user on the recycle bin screen of the first application due to deletion of the first data table, obtaining, by the mobile terminal, a third operation from the user, and generating, in response to the third operation, a second data table, where the first file is visible due to existence of the second data table.
