The one or more photo detectors are configured to receive light and convert the received light into an electric signal. The detection circuit is configured to send a turning-off control signal to turn off the laser light source in response to the electric signal indicating that a time length, in which the laser light source is in an effective working state within a first duration, is greater than a preset time length threshold value or the electric signal indicating that energy of light emitted from the laser light source within a second duration is greater than a preset energy threshold. The disclosure also provides a terminal device and a control method for a TOF assembly.

According to an embodiment, a subscriber management node obtains, from a mobility management node, an indication that indicates whether a packet switching (PS) connection is currently active for a terminal device. The subscriber management node receives, from a server, a first query about whether a PS access domain is to be used for a terminating call to the terminal device. The subscriber management node sends a response to the server based on the obtained indication.

A mobile phone device includes: a display device that switches a display state between first and second display states; a communication unit that executes a call between a first user and a second user who makes a call using another phone device; an image generation unit that generates a first image indicating first information including a phone number of the another phone device based on identification information and generates a second image indicating second information related to the second user based on the identification information; a detection unit that detects a switching operation by the first user to switch the display state of the display device from the first display state to the second display state; and, a display control unit that changes the display state to the second display state and causes the display device to display the second image in a case where the switching operation is detected.

A mobile phone device includes: a display device that switches a display state between first and second display states; a communication unit that executes a call between a first user and a second user who makes a call using another phone device; an image generation unit that generates a first image indicating first information including a phone number of the another phone device based on identification information and generates a second image indicating second information related to the second user based on the identification information; a detection unit that detects a switching operation by the first user to switch the display state of the display device from the first display state to the second display state; and, a display control unit that changes the display state to the second display state and causes the display device to display the second image in a case where the switching operation is detected.
