The present disclosure provides a voice signaling transmission method and device. The voice signaling transmission method includes: sending, by a second device, a request signaling to a first device; receiving, by the second device, a signaling for requesting the second device to try a call sent by the first device, and sending a signaling for trying a call to the first device; receiving, by the second device, a ringing signaling sent by the first device and sending a temporary response signaling to the first device; and receiving, by the second device, a signaling for confirming the response and a signaling for confirming the request which are sent by the first device and sending a response signaling to the first device.

The computer-implemented method includes monitoring an audio stream of an online conference for one or more audio notification tones. The computer-implemented method further includes detecting that a notification tone generated outside of the online conference matches the notification tone of an application or user device associated with two or more participants of the online conference. The computer-implemented method further includes responsive to detecting that the notification tone matches the notification tone of an application or user device associated with two or more participants of the online conference, generating an ameliorative action associated with the notification tone.

A system and method for utilizing a plain-old-telephone (“POT”) to interface with a digital assistant system. The POT is linked to an interface adapted to selectively provide a bidirectional audio connection to a standard telephone communication network, or to provide an interface to a digital assistant system in response to user voice commands. The functionality of the POT digital assistant interface being dependent upon the user input—DTMF tone/pulse dialing signals as opposed to voice commands spoken into the POT mouthpiece. Audio cues and prompts, as well as audio responses from the digital assistant system are provided to the user via the POT earpiece. Digital assistant functionality is provided via a simple and familiar interface, without impeding any standard voice telephony functionality (making/receiving calls, call waiting, caller ID, etc.)

The system selects a digital component provided by a digital component provider device. The system identifies audio chimes stored in memory of the client device. The system matches, based on a policy, an identifier of the digital component provider device to a first audio chime stored in the memory of the client device. The system determines, based on a characteristic of the first audio chime, a configuration to combine the digital component with the first audio chime. The system generates an action data structure with the digital component, an indication of the first audio chime, and the configuration. The system transmits the action data structure to the client device to cause the client device to generate an output audio signal.
