The method includes: receiving at least two pieces of audio data sent by at least one audio matrix, in which the audio data is collected by a microphone array and sent to the audio matrix; converting all the audio data into corresponding text data; and sending the audio data and the text data corresponding to the audio data.
EMERGENCY DISPATCH COMMAND INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, DEVICE, AND METHOD CAPABLE OF PROVIDING RELEVANT EMERGENCY DISPATCH COMMAND INFORMATION
Provided is an emergency dispatch command information management method capable of providing relevant emergency dispatch command information. The method includes: a step of receiving report input data from a reporter terminal; a step of generating reception input data of a recipient on the basis of the report input data; a step of generating first emergency dispatch command information on the basis of the reception input data; a step of detecting at least one second emergency dispatch command information relevant to the generated first emergency dispatch command information; and a step of transmitting the first and second emergency dispatch command information to a command receiver terminal.
COMMUNICATION DEVICE AND METHODS FOR USE BY HEARING IMPAIRED
A method for maintaining contact information in a hearing impaired assisted user's communication device includes the steps of (a) providing a web site for altering assisted user contact information, (b) linking a proxy device to the web site, (c) receiving an identifier associated with the assisted user's device via the proxy device, (d) identifying an assisted user's device via the received identifier, (e) enabling the proxy device to be used to modify contact information for the assisted user associated with the received identifier, (f) starting a timer to time out a sync timeout period, (g) during the sync timeout period, receiving an indication via the assisted user's device confirming a desire to update the assisted user's contact information, (h) updating the assisted user's contact information, and (i) at the end of the timeout period, ceasing an indication that updated data is ready to be used from the assisted user's device.
System and method for maximizing capacity of an agent in a contact center by omni session handling
A computerized-method for operating an Omni Session Handling (OSH) engine for proactive OSH to determine that an outreach is required, according to one or more predefined requirements, to maximize capacity of an agent in a contact center by omni session handling, is provided herein. The computerized-method may retrieve one or more interactions from a Customer-Relations-Management database based on a requirement for an outreach to be stored in a queue of proactive contacts. The computer-implemented method may further allocate a queue of one or more interactions to an agent or to a team of agents and then present the agent with a digital preview of an interaction from the queue of one or more interactions for consideration via a display unit, while the agent is handling one or more interactions. The computer-implemented method may further receive from the agent a decision upon review of the presented digital preview of the interaction.
Inverter device
The present invention relates to an inverter device. Regard to the problem in the traditional convert device that the user is difficult to obtain the information shown on the display panel in time; the state of the inverter can not be switched remotely after the user leaves; discharging or early switching-off caused by missing battery information; and the draught fan can only be at the state of ‘full-speed-start’ or switch-off, the invention provides an inverter device, it is configured with an extensible flexible wire to fix the display panel of the inverter to the place the user wants to for getting the information of the inverter in time; by virtue of wireless transmission, user can control the state of the inverter remotely; by adding a test module to the inverter device, it avoids the waste of electricity which is caused by the discharging of the battery-to-convert and switching off.
Method for multi-channel audio synchronization for task automation
A method for coordinating actions between an audio channel and a synchronized non-audio channel includes receiving an indication of a start of a session associated with a user and having an audio channel that is synchronized with a non-audio channel. Thereafter, repeated determinations are made as to whether a prompt on the non-audio channel has been received from the user. In response to each determination that the prompt on the non-audio channel has not been received from the user, a signal is sent to cause an inaudible output on the audio channel to the user. In response to a determination that the prompt on the non-audio channel has been received from the user, an audible output is selected based on an activity by the user on the non-audio channel, and a signal is sent to cause the audible output to be output on the audio channel.
Proactive audio optimization for conferences
In one embodiment, a device obtains audio data from one or more past conferences. A prediction model that predicts when participants of a conference will speak is generated based on the audio data from the one or more past conferences. The device uses the prediction model to predict a speech distribution for participants of a particular conference. Then, the device proactively optimizes audio parameters of the particular conference based on its predicted speech distribution.
Peer-to-peer VoIP
A Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) system is configured for direct communications between remote computing devices in a peer-to-peer configuration. Voice data from the communication is marked such that the voice data from the different endpoints can be combined into a unified audio stream. An authentication may be accomplished automatically prior to text or audio communication between a customer and a service agent. In some embodiments, authentication is accomplished automatically by authentication of the remote access device or accomplished by asking the customer questions. A single authentication of the remote access device may be used to authenticate a service request transferred between service agents. The authentication of the remote device may include, for example, use of a personal identification number, a fingerprint, a photograph, and/or a hardware identifier.
Intermediary device for data message network routing and enhancement in a contact center environment
An intermediary device to enhance and route data messages between end user and contact center agent computing devices in a contact center environment is provided. The intermediary device can be disposed in a data communication path of a contact center between an electronic communications network and a contact center agent computing device. The intermediary device can include a data message replication mechanism, a data message aggregator mechanism, or a data message analysis mechanism. The intermediary device can receive a data message. The data message replication mechanism can intercept and replicate the data message to generate a replicated data message. The data message analysis mechanism can generate, from the replicated data message, derivative content. The data message aggregator mechanism can combine the derivative content with the data message to create an enhanced data message that can be provided to the contact center agent computing device in the contact center environment.
MULTI-PHRASE RESPONDING IN FULL DUPLEX VOICE CONVERSATION
The present disclosure provides method and apparatus for responding in a voice conversation by an electronic conversational agent. A voice input may be received in an audio upstream. In response to the voice input, a primary response and at least one supplementary response may be generated. A primary voice output may be generated based on the primary response. At least one supplementary voice output may be generated based on the at least one supplementary response. The primary voice output and the at least one supplementary voice output may be provided in an audio downstream, wherein the at least one supplementary voice output is provided during a time period adjacent to the primary voice output in the audio downstream.
