Intelligent call routing using knowledge graphs
A system and method for intelligently routing calls between customers and agents. The system and method use knowledge graphs to generate route recommendations for a route selection system. The system uses dynamically selected objective functions to generate the route recommendations. The objective functions may be selected according to the intent of the call. The system and method can also be used to reroute ongoing calls when the intent of the call changes.
DEVICES WITH FOUND DEVICE ALERT APPLICATIONS
In example implementations, a mobile device is provided. The mobile device includes a button input, a wireless communication interface, a memory, and a processor. The input is to initiate a found device alert application from a locked screen of the mobile device. The wireless communication interface is to send a found device alert notification. The memory is to store user defined third-party contact information and the found device alert application. The processor is to execute the found device alert application in response to a signal generated by the input. The processor is to generate the found device alert notification and cause the wireless communication interface to transmit the found device alert notification to a location indicated by the third-party contact information.
Communication session using a virtual environment
Implementations for providing communication services using a virtual environment are described. An audio communication session may be established between a first user device and a second user device. The second user device may answer the audio communication session using a virtual environment. The virtual environment may be updated to display virtual features associated with the communication session.
Conference calls and meetings via electronic messaging interface
Initiating a conference call includes receiving a conference call request message from an initiating user specifying a plurality of other users and determining an availability of the other users to receive conference call invitations. A conference call is initiated between the initiating user and one or more of the other users that are determined to be available. The availability of one or more of the other users determined to be unavailable is monitored and interaction with a conference call invitation by one or more of the other users determined to be unavailable is enabled upon their monitored availability changing from unavailable to available. The interaction with the conference call invitation by the other users is conditioned on whether the conference call is still in progress.
MOBILE TERMINAL, COMBINED TERMINAL DEVICE AND METHOD FOR SPLICING CONTROL
A mobile terminal (20), and in particular, a mobile terminal (20), a combined terminal device (30) and a method for splicing control of mobile terminals (20). For a splicable mobile terminal (20), according to a state determination instruction, the mobile terminal (20) is caused to selectively enter a master operating state or a slave operating state; when the mobile terminal (20) operates as a master, a display partitioning unit (a2) partitions the display content of the master according to the display screen resource of individual mobile terminals (20) in a combined terminal device (30), to obtain a plurality of pieces of partitioned display data corresponding to a plurality of the mobile terminals (20) in the combined terminal device (30), and sends corresponding partitioned display data to slaves; and in a case in which the mobile terminal (20) acts as a slave, upon reception of the partitioned display data from the master, a display switching unit (a3) displays the received partitioned display data. The content displayed by the master can be displayed by the slaves, and when there are a large number of slaves, the content can be displayed to a user on a relatively large screen composed of a plurality of slaves, satisfying people's demand for a large display area.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SELECTING MENU ITEMS, READABLE MEDIUM AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
The present disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for selecting menu items, a readable medium and an electronic device. The method comprises: acquiring a first gesture operation input by a user at any position on a screen; under the condition that the first gesture operation is determined to be a preset gesture operation, displaying a selection interface of the menu items, determining a preset menu item as a target menu item, and setting the display state of the target menu item as a selected state; acquiring a second gesture operation input by the user after the first gesture operation; and according to a gesture trajectory in the second gesture operation, determining the target menu item.
Second level interactive voice response component
In an example embodiment, a solution is provided that introduces a second level IVR component controlled by a call control service that also controls a first IVR component. Controlling the IVR components using this call control service (which also interfaces with client software operated by a human agent) allows for data collected during the IVR sessions or during a live session with the human agent to be shared among the components. This also acts to eliminate the need for a traditional “transfer” of a call from a human agent to an IVR or vice versa, which would often be accompanied by audible clicks or beeps discernable to the caller.
System and method of highlighting influential samples in sequential analysis
Attention weights in a hierarchical attention network indicate the relative importance of portions of a conversation between an individual at one terminal and a computer or a human agent at another terminal. Weighting the portions of the conversation after converting the conversation to a standard text format allows for a computer to graphically highlight, by color, font, or other indicator visible on a graphical user interface, which portions of a conversation led to an escalation of the interaction from an intelligent virtual assistant to a human customer service agent.
MOBILE COMMUNICATION TERMINAL
According to one aspect of the technique of the present disclosure, there is provided a mobile communication terminal. The mobile communication terminal includes a main body, a display disposed at a front surface of the main body, a first camera group disposed at the front surface and including one or more cameras, a second camera group disposed at a rear surface of the main body that is opposite to the front surface and including one or more cameras, a third camera disposed at a first installation surface of the main body, which is different from the front surface and the rear surface, and an operation processor configured to: (a) display on the display an image selected from among a first image received through the first camera group, a second image received through the second camera group, and a third image received through the third camera.
FOLDABLE ELECTRONIC DEVICE FOR DISPLAYING MULTI-WINDOW AND METHOD FOR OPERATING SAME
An apparatus and/or method for displaying a multi-window on a foldable electronic device may be provided. The electronic device may include a display device having a display area having a shape that varies depending on first and second housing structures connected to a hinge structure, and a processor operatively connected to the display device, in which the processor may divide a first type display area into a plurality of areas and display information related to a plurality of applications when the electronic device is in an unfolded state, the processor may check at least one application set to be continuously used among the plurality of applications when the electronic device switches to a folded state, and the processor may set up a screen constitution in the folded state based on the at least one application and output information related to the at least one application through a second type display area based on the screen constitution. Other embodiments may also be possible.
