Sharing virtual business venues and feedback with social connections
Associating callers of a contact center with their social media identity may provide mutual benefits to the caller and contact center. For example, a business operating a contact center can receive information about their current and potential customers and customers can receive additional information, incentives, or other perks by allowing access to their social media profile. When a caller initially calls a contact center, they are prompted, and possibly incentivized, to check into a virtual venue. The caller may then be known, via an associated social media identity, to the contact center. The virtual venue may then receive access to comments and other posts, such as endorsements, provided by connects to the social media identity and process the call in accordance with the sentiment or utilize the social media network for post-call follow-up.
COMPLEX COMPUTING NETWORK FOR IMPROVING ESTABLISHMENT AND STREAMING OF AUDIO COMMUNICATION AMONG MOBILE COMPUTING DEVICES
Systems, methods, and computer program products are provided for improving establishment and broadcasting of communication among mobile computing devices. For example, a method comprises determining a first user accesses a mobile application on a first mobile device of the first user; determining a second user accesses the mobile application on a second mobile device of the second user; and initiating the audio conversation between the first user and the second user, wherein the audio conversation is streamed to a third user who accesses the mobile application on a third mobile device of the third user.
Communication system and method of using the same
A communication system can include terminal devices that communicate with a social network or a computer server device for scheduling use of conference resources and/or for using conference appliances that may be located in a conference room being used for a video conference or teleconference. The communication system can be configured to permit a user to use such resources without having to have a user's device be physically and directly connected by wiring to a conference appliance or communication device. The communication system can also be configured to validate participants to help ensure that only authorized personnel are properly attending a scheduled conference based on audio and/or video input received for the different participants and can also be configured to allow screen sharing to be performed during a video conference or teleconference.
Device and method for recommending contact information
A device is provided. The device includes a processor and a memory configured to store instructions executable by the processor. The processor is configured to execute the instructions to extract context information from displayed data based on an application which is being executed by the device, identify an identifier from the context information, search for at least one recommended contact related to the identifier based on the identifier and a relation graph obtained by inputting information regarding a communication between a plurality of users into a first training model for determining an association between the plurality of users, identify a priority of the at least one recommended contact, and control to display the at least one recommended contact according to the priority.
Voice enabled IoT using second line service
Enablement of a voice channel being established between an IoT device and a controller through the use of a voice-line service system.
VOICE ENABLED IOT USING SECOND LINE SERVICE
Enablement of a voice channel being established between an IoT device and a controller through the use of a voice-line service system.
Display method of exchanging messages among users in a group
The display method executed by a terminal including setting a first user name of the first user on the terminal, displaying the first user name and a second user name of the second user in a display area of the terminal based on a first input on the terminal, deleting the displayed second user name from the display area of the terminal based on a second input constituting at least a portion of the set first user name being inputted into the terminal, the displayed second user name being different from the set first user name, based on a second input constituting a part of the first user name, displaying first information representing that a message is destined for the first user, based on a selection of the first user by the user of the terminal, and transmitting the message including the first information to the terminals may be provided.
RECOMMENDING APPLICATIONS USING SOCIAL NETWORKING INFORMATION
The present disclosure is directed toward systems and methods for generating application recommendations to provide to a user of a mobile device. For instance, the systems and methods use social networking information to identify applications that may be of interest to the user, and present application recommendations to the user at various contact points on the mobile device. The present disclosure is also directed toward systems and methods for managing the download and installation of selected applications on a mobile device such that a presentation focus on an application does not change during a download and installation process.
POPULATING CONTACT INFORMATION ON AN ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION DEVICE
Approaches presented herein enable automatically populating contact information of a previously unknown caller/sender in a contact list of an electronic communication device based on a communication (e.g., incoming call or communication message(s)) from the caller/sender. Specifically, a recipient communication device receives a communication (i.e., incoming call or communication message) from a user (i.e., caller or sender) using a sender communication device. When the user is determined to be unknown to the recipient communication device, the content of the communication is analyzed to determine identifying information. One or more searches are performed to determine extended name information using the identifying information. Using the identifying information and extended name information, contact information is determined for the user and may be stored in the contact list of the recipient communication device.
IDENTIFYING INFORMATION PERTINENT TO AN EMERGENT EVENT THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA POSTINGS
Embodiments disclosed herein provide systems, methods, and computer readable media for identifying information pertinent to an emergent event through social media postings. In a particular embodiment, a method provides, in an emergency contact center, receiving a communication initiated by an individual in response to an emergent event and identifying the individual. The method further provides identifying social media data of the individual created prior to receiving the communication and extracting first data pertinent to the emergent event from the social media data.
