AUDIO-BASED POLLING DURING A CONFERENCE CALL DISCUSSION
20230068231 · 2023-03-02 ·

Methods and systems for audio-based polling during a conference call discussion are provided. During a conference call, a user selection of an element on a client device is detected. The element is designated to initiate audio-based polling of participants of the conference call. In response to the detection of the user selection of the element on the client device, a verbal statement provided by a first participant of the conference call is recorded. A determination is made of whether the recorded verbal statement includes a question that is to be used for audio-based polling of one or more second participants of the conference call. Responsive to a determination that the verbal statement includes the question that is to be used for audio-based polling, audio-based polling of the one or more second participants is initiated.

AUTO FIELD CALIBRATION ERROR DETECTION AND RECOVERY

Auto-recovery from RF signal acquisition failure may be provided in a portable computing device. A field-calculated frequency-temperature (FT) curve is used to apply temperature compensation to a crystal oscillator associated with RF transceiver circuity of the device. In response to acquisition failure, it may be determined whether a deviation between the field-calculated FT curve and a factory-set FT curve exceeds threshold criteria. In response to acquisition success, the field-calculated FT curve may be refined based on frequency error information. However, in response to acquisition failure and a determination that the deviation exceeds the threshold criteria, information defining the field-calculated FT curve may be replaced with information defining the factory-set FT curve.

Method for collecting data using a user interaction event-driven data collection system

A communication session between a user and an agent to discuss content provided by a client. A first interactive event occurred during the communication session. A first data collection package associated with the first interactive event is identified. The first data collection package includes a plurality of queries, each query being associated with one of a plurality of workflow stages of a data collection workflow. For each of the queries in one of the workflow stages, a data collection rule corresponding to a current workflow stage is examined to determine whether the query should be sent to the user, the query is transmitted to the user device of the user based on the examination, and a user response is received from the user device in response to the query. The user profile and the agent profile are updated based on user responses.
