USER-BASED CHAOS SYSTEM
A method includes receiving, from a mobile device, a request in a telecommunications system to invoke operations from an automation platform executed by processing circuitry to perform one or more of: executing, by the processing circuitry, one or more existing simulated failure experiments for the telecommunications system; determining, by the processing circuitry, whether a simulated failure blueprint is configured for specific simulated failure cases exist on the automation platform; determining, by the processing circuitry, whether a simulated failure template is configured to accept a targeted telecommunications domain and failure parameters exist on the automation platform; or instructing the mobile device to display recommended simulated failure experiments with selectable telecommunications domains and selectable failure parameters.
Integrated customer contact center testing, monitoring and diagnostic systems
An external contact center testing system is integrated with an internal monitoring and diagnostic system to identify and verify a fault condition, and to determine the cause of such fault condition. Test data for each of the stimuli launched into the call center from the external testing system are synced with the monitoring results data generated by the internal monitoring system. The synced results can be analyzed to verify that a true fault has occurred and also to identify both failure conditions and specific hardware malfunctions giving rise to the noted failure. The internal monitoring system can interface with the external testing system to cause one or more testing stimuli to be launched by external testing system. The internal monitoring data can also be linked to the external testing data for drill-down viewing by a user.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING TELEPHONE EVENT DATA
A system and method for providing telephone event data are described. The system comprises a communications module; a processor coupled to the communications module; and a memory coupled to the processor, the memory storing processor-executable instructions which, when executed by the processor, configure the processor to receive, via the communications module and from a telco server, telephone event data; translate at least a portion of the telephone event data into a format compliant with a particular application executing on a computing device; and send, via the communications module and to the computing device executing the particular application, the translated portion of the telephone event data.

Emergency Network Test Apparatus and Method
A method of testing an emergency network, includes: simulating, by test logic, a public emergency network entity and a plurality of interfaces between the public emergency network entity and a test device; monitoring, by the test logic, the plurality of interfaces to determine that data flowed correctly on each interface in response to an emergency alert sent from the test device such that the emergency alert is not actually sent to the public emergency network entity; and determining, by the test logic, a test status for each interface indicating a success or failure of a test, for each interface, the test status based on data correctness such that the test confirms that the emergency alert and associated emergency data would be sent to the public emergency network entity correctly.
Interactive voice response system design, development and testing tool
Example embodiments relate to a tool for design, development, and testing (DDT) of interactive voice response systems. The DDT tool can also receive data representative of an interactive voice response call flow, such as data representative of an interactive voice response call flow diagram, and determine whether an error in the interactive voice response call flow is present. The DDT tool can also accept a test case script insert, which can be inputted into the call flow diagram, and can generate test case script comprising the test case script insert.

Single window testing of an interactive contact workflow
An interactive contact workflow system provides a graphical representation of a contact workflow in a graphical user interface (GUI). The system displays a first visual indicator that graphically highlights a first visual display object to indicate that a first instruction block is active. The system executes the first instruction block and outputs a first prompt via a communication interface, the communication interface to simulate a telephone communication with the interactive contact workflow system. The system receives a first response to the first prompt from a GUI element, identifies a first command to execute a second instruction block based at least in part on the first response to the first prompt, and displays a second visual indicator that graphically connects the first visual display object to a second visual display object within the GUI, the second visual display object corresponding to the second instruction block of the interactive contact workflow system.
Interactive voice response system crawler
A system for interactive voice response system crawling, comprising an IVR crawler that may be VXML, design specification, DTMF or ASR/NLSR speech-based in nature and traverses an IVR menu to discover possible interaction paths and produces test cases based on those paths, and a database that stores test cases produced by the IVR crawler during operation, and a method for interactive voice response system crawling utilizing the IVR crawler of the invention.
