TRACKING DEVICE LOCATION AND COORDINATION
Communication between an owner of a lost tracking device and a finder of a lost tracking device is established. A tracking system receives an identifier of a tracking device and a request for a web page from a mobile device that has captured an image of a smart code on the tracking device. The smart code is embedded with a URL to the web page. The system displays the web page on the mobile device and prompts the user to provide a location of the mobile device. The location is associated with the identifier of the tracking device. A notification indicating the location of the tracking device is generated for the owner. The owner is prompted to provide information to establish contact with the finder of the device, and the web page is populated with the owner's provided information for display on the finder's mobile device.
AutoMate - Automated Interface Between Call Center Agents and Network Orchestration Systems via Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
Novel tools and techniques are provided for implementing call center-based automated interface between call center agents and network orchestration systems, in some cases, via application programming interfaces (“APIs”). In various embodiments, an automated services platform may collect, from data sources, data associated with services provided by a service provider. The collected data may be autonomously analyzed to identify any issues with provisioning a service(s) to a customer. If so, one or more automation actions may be autonomously identified to address the determined issue(s). The automated services platform may autonomously send instructions to automation bots to perform the identified one or more automation actions, and may generate and present a UI on a user terminal operated by a user, the UI displaying information regarding at least one of the at least one issue, the affected service(s), the identified one or more automation actions, or the automation bots, and/or the like.

Apparatus and method for using an intelligent network for analyzing an event external to a signaling network
A system and method in an intelligent network are provided for analyzing an event external to the intelligent network. A set of intelligent network subscribers is selected in a selected geographic area. Next, signal message data is obtained from a signaling network in the intelligent network, wherein the signal message data indicates status of subscribers in the set of intelligent network subscribers. External data related to the selected geographic area is obtained, wherein the external data is external to the intelligent network. The signal message data and the external data are then fused to produce synthetic data. In response to the synthetic data, an alert of an external event is produced. The alert can be graphically represented on a display.
External microcontroller communications
Messaging between an ultra-tag and external microcontroller. In an embodiment, a transmitting device is communicatively connected to a receiving device by a clear-to-communicate line and request line. When data to be transmitted has normal priority, the transmitting device detects whether the clear-to-communicate line indicates that the receiving device is available, indicates a request to transmit on the request line if so, waits until the receiving device is available and then indicates a request to transmit on the request line if not, after indicating a request to transmit, transmits the data when the clear-to-communicate line indicates that the receiving device is unavailable, and, after transmitting the data, releases the indication of the request to transmit on the request line. On the other hand, when the data has high priority, the transmitting device indicates a request to transmit on the request line, regardless of an indication on the clear-to-communicate line.
External microcontroller communications
Messaging between an ultra-tag and external microcontroller. Providing audio announcement to called parties
The present disclosure describes a system, method, and computer-readable medium for providing audio announcement of communications to a called party in a communication network. The method includes receiving communication from a calling party and performing a lookup of information relating to the calling party in a database via an Internet Protocol connection based on an identifier of at least one of the calling party and the called party. The information comprises one or more audio files. The method then provides the audio announcement to a called party based on the audio files.
DEVICE, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CHANGING COMMUNICATION INFRASTRUCTURES BASED ON CALL SECURITY LEVEL
A device, method and system for changing communication infrastructure based on call security level is provided. A device determines a call security level of a call occurring at a first communication infrastructure; the first communication infrastructure associated with a first security level; the call security level determined from one or more of; a profile of a caller on the call; and audio on the call. In response to determining that the call security level and the first security level are misaligned, the device causes the call to change to a second communication infrastructure associated with a second security level aligned with the call security level.
