Method and apparatus for managing user plane operation in wireless communication system
The present disclosure relates to a pre-5.sup.th-Generation (5G) or 5G communication system to be provided for supporting higher data rates Beyond 4.sup.th-Generation (4G) communication system such as Long Term Evolution (LTE). Embodiments herein achieve a UE for managing a user plane operation in a wireless communication system. The UE includes a user plane management unit coupled to a memory and a processor. The user plane management unit is configured to receive a signaling message from a gNodeB. Further, the user plane management unit is configured to determine whether the signaling message includes control information comprising one of a PDCP re-establish indication and a security key change indication. Further, the user plane management unit is configured to perform the at least one operation for at least one data radio bearer based on the determination.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR AUTOMATICALLY GENERATING A CALL SUMMARY
A method and apparatus for automatically generating a call summary in call center environments is provided. The method includes identifying, from a transcript of a call between a first person and a second person, two or more consecutive mergeable turns of the first person from multiple consecutive turns of the first person, if the two or more consecutive mergeable turns of the first person are interjected by a turn of the second person. The two or more consecutive mergeable turns of the first person are merged into a single merged turn of the first person. In some embodiment, multiple entities, entity values and intents are determined, and each of multiple entity values is mapped to a corresponding entity from multiple entities. A call summary is generated based on the identified entity(ies) and corresponding entity value(s), and the identified intent(s).

VOICE PLAY METHOD AND VOICE PLAY DEVICE
A voice play method includes: obtaining at least one piece of data information, and determining an information type of the at least one piece of data information; when it is determined that the voice play device is in a voice play mode, determining voice play content of the at least one piece of data information according to a specified correspondence between an information type and voice play content and the determined information type of the at least one piece of data information; and playing the voice play content of the at least one piece of data information in a voice manner.
Dynamic voicemail receptionist system
A voicemail receptionist system includes a memory and a processor. The memory can store data relating to one or more users. An incoming communication can be handled by the voicemail receptionist system and provided with functionality based upon a user's preferences, for example. The data stored by the voicemail receptionist system can be updated at any time, or automatically updated upon updating of the data, or upon occurrence of a trigger event. Voicemail receptionist functionality can include standard voicemail system functionality as well as functionality relating to email, text messaging, MMS messaging, calendar features, schedule announcements, location data, as well as other features.
PROMPT DETECTION BY DIVIDING WAVEFORM SNIPPETS INTO SMALLER SNIPPLET PORTIONS
Prompt snippets (typically 800 ms long) that are used to detect voice prompts within a call waveform may be divided into smaller sniplet portions (approx. 100 ms) long. The presence of a prompt in a call waveform may be detected by detecting the sniplets and determining if a sufficient number of the sniplets of a snippet were detected in sequence and within allowable time constraints. The use of sniplets improves accuracy of prompt detection in call waveforms in lower quality transmissions.
