20230045989 · 2023-02-16 ·

An electronic device, computer program product, and method avoids presenting certain objects during a video communication session. During a video communication session with second electronic device(s), a controller of an electronic device identifies baseline image(s) from an image stream provided by an image capturing device of the electronic device. The baseline image includes a primary image portion of participant(s) and including a scene of objects within the foreground or background of participant (s), during an initial portion of the video communication session. The controller monitors the image stream for a subsequent detection of the primary image portion and of non-participant(s) or object(s) as a secondary image portion that is not included within the baseline image(s). The controller responds to detecting the secondary image portion subsequently appearing within the image stream by communicating, to the one or more second electronic devices, a substitute image stream that does not present the secondary image portion.

Personalized videos featuring multiple persons

Provided are systems and methods for personalized videos featuring multiple persons. An example method includes receiving a user selection of a video having at least one frame with metadata that include a first location and a second location and receiving an image of a source face and a further image of a further source face, modifying the image of the source face to generate an image of a modified source face and modifying the further image of the further source face to generate an image of a modified further source face, inserting, in the at least one frame of the video, the image of the modified source face at the first location and the image of the modified further source face at the second location to generate a personalized video, and sending the personalized video via a communication chat.

APPLYING VIDEO EFFECTS WITHIN A VIDEO COMMUNICATION SESSION

Methods and systems provide for applying a video effect to a video corresponding to a participant within a video communication session. The system displays a video for each of at least a subset of the participants and a user interface including a selectable video effects UI element. The system receives a selection by a participant of the video effects UI element. In response to receiving the selection, the system displays a variety of video effects options for modifying the appearance of the video and/or modifying a visual representation of the participant. The system then receives a selection by the participant of a video effects option, and further receives a subselection for customizing the amount of the video effect to be applied. The system then applies, in real time or substantially real time, the selected video effect in the selected amount to the video corresponding to the participant.

REALISTIC PERSONALIZED STYLE TRANSFER IN IMAGE PROCESSING

Computerized systems are provided for applying data indicative of a personal style to a feature of a user represented in one or more images based on determining or estimating the personal style. In operation, embodiments can receive a first image of a first user that indicates the personal style of the first user. The first image can then be fed to one or more machine learning models in order to learn and capture the personal style of the first user. Subsequently, some embodiments capture the first user in another image or set of images. Some embodiments can then detect one or more features of the first user in these other images and based on the determining of the user's personal style in the first image, can apply data indicative of the personal style of the first user to the one or more features of the user in these other images.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR HAIR ANALYSIS OF USER
