Transmission method, reception method, transmission device, and reception device
According to one aspect of the present disclosure, a transmission method for enabling transmission of content using a broadcast and a communication channel includes: transmitting playback control information and service information using at least the broadcast wave, the service information being information for playing back content transmission using the broadcast and content transmission using the communication channel when the content is transmitted using the broadcast and the communication channel. The service information includes attribute information indicating that the first content data and the second content data constitute the content and location information that indicates a location for acquiring meta-information on playback control of the second content. The playback control information includes indexes of a relationship between the first content data and the second content data.
Device and method for visually displaying speaker's voice in 360-degree video
An electronic device is disclosed. In addition, various embodiments identified through the specification are possible. The electronic device includes a display, a processor, and a memory storing instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to display, when a video supporting a plurality of orientation regions is played, a screen of a first orientation region among the plurality of orientation regions and a first text corresponding to a voice of a first speaker in the screen, and display, in response to a user input of selecting a voice of a second speaker located in a second orientation region, a screen of the second orientation region.
Method and apparatus for retrieving teleplay content
A method and an apparatus for retrieving teleplay content is disclosed. The method includes: generating basic summary information corresponding to each teleplay based on basic information of entities of each teleplay; generating episode summary information corresponding to each episode of each teleplay based on episode data of each episode of each teleplay; establishing a teleplay graph database based on the basic summary information corresponding to each teleplay and the episode summary information corresponding to each episode; and feeding a playing portal for a target episode of a target teleplay corresponding to teleplay search information back to a user based on the teleplay graph database.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR HIGHLIGHTING CONTENT WITHIN MEDIA ASSETS
Systems and methods are described herein for highlighting objects with a primary content that are likely to be of interest to a user viewing the primary content. More particularly, when the system receives a segment of primary content to be displayed on a user equipment device for consumption, the system analyzes the received segment to identify an object within the received segment. The system then checks a database storing supplemental content to determine whether supplemental content associated with the identified object is available. When supplemental content associated with the identified object is available within the database, the system modifies the received segment of the primary content to highlight the identified object and displays the modified segment of the primary content on the user equipment device for consumption.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF PRESENTING VIDEO OVERLAYS
Systems and methods are provided for relocating an overlay overlapping information in content. The systems and methods may comprise receiving a content item, the content item comprising a video image, and determining a first screen position of an information box (e.g., a score box) in the video image. Determining may be performed with image analysis and/or a machine learning model. The system receives an overlay image (e.g., a channel logo) with a second screen position and determines if the second screen position (e.g., for the logo) overlaps the first screen position (e.g., for the score). In response to determining the second screen position (e.g., of the logo) overlaps the first screen position (e.g., the score), the system modifies the second screen position (e.g., for the logo). Then the system generates for display the overlay image on the video in the modified screen position. The system may not relocate the overlay if the overlay is a high priority.

DATA PROCESSING METHOD AND APPARATUS, DEVICE, AND MEDIUM
A data processing method includes: in response to a service enabling operation in a video application, enabling a video recording service in the video application; collecting, using the video recording service, user voice data; determining and identifying a target text that matches prompting text data associated with the video recording service; and acquiring target video data corresponding to the video recording service until a text position of the target text in the prompting text data is at an end of the prompting text data. Embodiments of this application improve the effectiveness of teleprompting functions during a video recording, and the quality of a recorded video may further be improved.
Video reader with music word learning feature
Reading material on video gives the reader a seamless reading experience by displaying on a device of their choice a series of segments containing letters, words, phrases, sentences and/or paragraphs on a background of the drafter's choice. One segment flows into the other until the reading material is completed. These sequential segments are set to be viewed seamlessly with audio accompaniment. Words, sentences or paragraphs are set to music, where recognizable features of the music are played at the appearance of a certain word or the beginning of a sentence or paragraph. The appearance of a word, sentence or paragraph may be accompanied by the appearance of an image representing the word, sentence or paragraph, along with a recognizable designated musical element.
INTERACTIVE VIEWING EXPERIENCES BY DETECTING ON-SCREEN TEXT
Systems, methods, and devices for an interactive viewing experience by detecting on-screen data are disclosed. One or more frames of video data are analyzed to detect regions in the visual video content that contain text. A character recognition operation can be performed on the regions to generate textual data. Based on the textual data and the regions, a graphical user interface (GUI) definition to can be generated. The GUI definition can be used to generate a corresponding GUI superimposed onto the visual video content to present users with controls and functionality with which to interact with the text or enhance the video content. Context metadata can be determined from external sources or by analyzing the continuity of audio and visual aspects of the video data. The context metadata can then be used to improve the character recognition or inform the generation of the GUI.
