The terminal according to the present invention can comprise a touch screen for displaying information and receiving a touch input, and a control unit for performing control so as to output main contents on the touch screen, set a trigger area linked to a plurality of additional contents on the main content, output a list of the plurality of additional contents linked to the trigger area in response to a touch input of touching the trigger area when an edit mode for allowing setting of the trigger area is terminated and a viewer mode is executed, and output first additional contents corresponding to the selected item when any one is selected from the list.

One or more videos are presented to a user. The videos include a plurality of hidden artifacts. The videos also include advertisements. The user looks for the hidden artifacts in the videos. Whenever the user finds the hidden artifacts in one of the videos, the user selects locations in the videos that correspond to the hidden artifacts. The present invention is a method and system for generation and playback of supplemented videos which include interactive features. The supplemented video includes hotspots that allow a video viewer to interact with the video when the video viewer sees an object. The hotspots can be manually defined. Information regarding the object and the hotspot can be stored in a separate XML file. Furthermore, the present invention can be a marketplace where a desired object can be found by searching the XML file. The search results can list the supplemented videos which contain hotspots corresponding to the object and also the time in the supplemented video in which the object is found. The present invention can also aggregate data about the objects based on the playback of the supplemented videos and the video viewer's interaction with the supplemented videos.

A method, a device, an apparatus and a storage medium of displaying information on video are provided. The method includes acquiring a touchable element to be displayed in a process of playing video and configuration information of the touchable element sent from a server; determining, based on the configuration information of the touchable element, display time of the touchable element in the process of playing video and a display location of the touchable element on video interface, and displaying the touchable element based on the display time and the display location; and when a touch operation on the touchable element which is displayed is detected, responding to the touch operation based on a preset response tactic.

A video processing method includes obtaining, in response to an interaction operation received on a portion of a first image, an adjustment parameter corresponding to the interaction operation. A method for identifying a product which appears in a video stream. The method includes playing the video stream on a video playback device, identifying key scenes in the video stream containing product images, selecting product images identified by predetermined categories of trained neural-network object identifiers stored in training datasets. Object identifiers of identified product images are stored in a database. Edge detection and masking is then performed based on at least one of shape, color and perspective of the object identifiers. A polygon annotation of the object identifiers is created using the edge detection and masking. The polygon annotation is annotated to provide correct object identifier content, accuracy of polygon shape, title, description and URL of the object identifier for each identified product image corresponding to the stored object identifiers. Also disclosed is a method for an end user to select and interact with an identified product.

Embodiments of the present technology may include systems and processes associated with automatically generating supercuts associated with programming content. The present technology may include receiving, at the computing device, a set of related programming content, wherein the set of related programming content includes video clips; receiving an input from a user including a command to generate a supercut and a keyword associated with the supercut; searching the set of related programming content for portions of the video clips associated with the keyword; identifying a first event within a first video clip associated with the keyword and a second event within a second video clip associated with the keyword; determining a type of event associated with each of the first and second events and link the types of events with their respective events; determining a pre-event time period and a post-event time period for each of the first and second events based on the types of events; and generating and displaying a supercut using the first event, the second event, the pre-event time periods, and the post-event time periods. The above steps may be implemented as a computer-implemented method, computer program product, or device such as a television receiver, or in other types of embodiments.
